What does a game development assistant do?

This is the requirement of the game development engineer:

Game development assistants are more inclined to demand sequencing, bug testing of game programs and so on. I saw on the recruitment website that many companies can join as long as you are interested in the game industry, which is biased towards the chores in the game development process.
