Introduction to the Park: Xuzhou Huaihai Integrated Logistics Park is a key project of the 11th Five-Year Plan for the construction of modern service industry in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, one of the first batch of 12 provincial key logistics bases approved by the Provincial Economic and Trade Commission, and one of the top ten logistics parks in Jiangsu Province. The park is located in the southeast of Xuzhou City, at the junction of the old and new urban areas of Xuzhou City, close to the Third Ring Road and the National Road 104, and consists of five functional areas: storage distribution area, freight distribution area, container distribution area, business center area and public service center area. Its administrative agency is Xuzhou Huaihai Food City Management Office, which is under the Yunlong District Government of Xuzhou City. Its investment and operation entity is Xuzhou China Huaihai Food City Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 50 million yuan, which is mainly responsible for the development, construction and operation of the park.

The construction foundation of the park originated from "China Huaihai Food City", with a planned area of 3.6 square kilometers, of which the built-up area is 1.2 square kilometers, and the planned land is reserved. With a total construction area of 772,000 square meters, the built-up area is mainly composed of Han Shi market, Tianlong market, Weiwei market, etc. 13 market, exhibition center and gourmet culture village. Hundreds of enterprises, such as Wahaha and Dong Run Auto, have settled in the park, initially forming six major logistics sectors, namely food, building materials and home furnishing, automobile and motorcycle, medicine, footwear and exhibition, with an annual market turnover of 5 billion yuan.

The park is located in the southeast of Xuzhou City, between the old and new urban areas, close to the Third Ring Road and 104 National Road. The built-up area of the park is 1.6 square kilometers, and the construction area is 780,000 square meters. It is mainly composed of Tianlong Food Comprehensive Market, Huadong Food Market, Xinyuan Food Machinery Market, Huaihai Shoe Market and other 13 professional wholesale trading markets, Xuzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, Peng Zu Building and so on.

With the prosperity of various professional wholesale trading markets in the park, the demand for logistics is strong, and the superior location and transportation advantages of the park have greatly promoted the development of the logistics industry in the park. There are more than 260 logistics enterprises and distribution centers in the park, with more than 3,200 logistics vehicles and more than 6,800 logistics employees. The annual transaction volume of the park reaches 6 billion yuan, and the annual cargo throughput exceeds 6 million tons.

The park has invested in the development and construction of a logistics information service platform, which provides various information such as logistics resources, weather, relevant policies and regulations, realizes the sharing of information resources, and employs professional technicians to develop and maintain the website.
