Dongguan iron bed process flow

The first step of Dongguan iron bed processing: cutting pipes, and cutting pipes (round pipes and square pipes) with appropriate sizes according to different iron bed sizes.

Step 2: Pickling and phosphating, that is, soaking the raw materials in a pool filled with degreasing agent and rust remover for 1 hour, and cleaning the rust on the iron bed. After phosphating, put the iron bed into a clear water pool to remove the degreasing agent and rust remover on the surface of the iron bed. Then put the iron bed into a degreasing and derusting pool until the rust on the iron bed falls off completely.

Step 3: Welding: Spot welding with a spot welder to produce different products according to different Dongguan iron bed styles. At this time, the whole iron bed in Dongguan is ready. Spot welding with seamless spot welding machine, and the surface of spot welding products is flat.

Step 4: Powder spraying. Dongguan iron bed products after powder spraying are beautiful and generous. We just need to install it where it needs to be installed!
