Talking about writing: writing is as simple as that! Teacher Fan Rongqiang shared it wonderfully.

Teacher Fan's sharing is divided into two parts:

1 shared a number of PPT and audio explanations about writing topics in 40 minutes.

Take 20 minutes to answer questions raised by group friends.

Teacher Fan is 55 years old and his words are humorous. He said that his past life was selling things for a living: first, selling articles, second, singing, and third, selling voices for training.

He worked as a civil servant, secretary director, media reporter and planner in government agencies, but mainly engaged in writing.

Teacher Fan said: Writing has made his life more complete.

His writing philosophy is: write what you like to write.

He said that writing has two major directions, one is to write according to the needs of readers, and the other is to write according to one's own inner needs.

Writing is actually a very big topic, and writing is divided into three foundations:

1.

2. Rhetoric and literary talent

Step 3: idea

Writing is like this tree in the picture. Leaves are rhetorical things that can be seen on the surface of the article, that is, some words, that is, literary talent. Behind the leaves are trunks and branches, which are actually thoughts. This is something that many people don't understand.

There is also an idea, which is buried in the ground and difficult to see directly, that is, the roots. Ideas are often hidden and not easy to see in articles.

Teacher Fan mainly tells you the idea of the article.

Because thought is learned by oneself and rhetoric is accumulated by oneself, there is no way to teach these two things, so teachers can only teach writing ideas, which is what many of us really need.

Teacher Fan talks about article writing with the method of "meta-writing", which is divided into four parts:

1. Pulse? 2. thinking? 3. focus? Step 4: Routine

1. Lack of ideas, nothing to write about.

Some people get a topic or can't find it. Even if there is a topic, I can't open my mouth. I just want to make conversation. When many people can't get the number of words together, they think it's because they have no inspiration.

In fact, writing can't rely on inspiration. Inspiration only makes us write better, not the beginning. How do we start?

When Mr. Li Ao was interviewed by Phoenix TV, a reporter from Phoenix TV asked him, "Do you usually write articles by inspiration?" Mr. Li Ao said, "I have no inspiration in writing, just like a prostitute receives guests without sexual desire. If a prostitute relies on her sexual reputation to receive customers, she is incompetent. A writer cannot write by inspiration. If a writer wants to write by inspiration, he will basically starve to death. "

Mr Li Ao's remarks are very reasonable. What does writing depend on if there is no inspiration?

2. Imagination, digression and digression.

Many people wrote a long article, with a topic, but no focus.

Here is a story to share with you: a scholar wrote a poem and showed it to Ji Xiaolan. Ji Xiaolan wrote two poems by Du Fu: "Two orioles sing green willows, and a row of egrets go up to the sky."

He felt that Master Ji used Du Fu's poems to evaluate his poems, indicating that his poems must be good, so he showed them to his friends. After reading it, his friend told him, "Ji Xiaolan is scolding you."

What do these two sentences mean? "Two orioles singing green willows" is called unintelligible. A Line of Egrets Soaring into the Sky is a digression of Wan Li.

When writing, many people can't control their thoughts and write a lot of words, feeling as if they don't want to express themselves.

3. The logic is chaotic and there is no focus.

Some people seem to be lengthy, but in fact they are illogical, disorganized and unintelligible. The article written in this way lacks the overall layout and complete structure, just like a semi-finished project, which has built an unfinished building or a grotesque house.

Writing must solve the problem of thinking, and parents often ask us to be diligent and be good at thinking. But what is thinking? Maybe many people have never thought about what thinking is.

Thinking is equal to asking questions and answering them. This definition is expressed by a mathematical formula.

It can be understood from two angles. First of all, this is a process of asking questions and then answering them. Questions and answers constitute a basic unit of thinking.

You can also think of it as a math problem. If the question is ten and the answer is ten, then you have narrowed down the question, which is completely correct.

But when we take an exam, such as a question, its score is ten, and you only got half right, so you only got five points, which means your thinking is incomplete.

Thinking is equal to asking and answering questions, which is the core instrumental concept. Knowing this, the new concept of question-and-answer thinking is easier to understand.

A basic unit of thinking is to ask and answer questions. Writing is a process of continuous thinking, that is, presenting the content of continuous thinking in your mind in the form of words. It is a continuous thinking process, that is, a process of constantly asking questions, answering questions and then answering questions. This is called question-and-answer thinking.

As a tool, the concept of question-and-answer thinking can be divided into two styles: one is called question-and-answer and the other is called narrative.

Q&A is a literal form. At first glance, it is an article with questions and answers, which can also be called dialogue. Narrative is a relatively common and basically no problem article, called narrative.

This is only a superficial distinction, and all articles are the presentation of our thinking results. All articles are actually asking and answering questions.

Writing is actually asking yourself and answering yourself.

The picture above shows four question and answer articles.

The first book: Mr. Fan, an outstanding Shunde native, was published in 2000. It was written by interviewing 30 bosses in Shunde, Guangdong. Actually, it's a dialogue, he asked, and the boss answered.

The second book is The Analects of Confucius, which is a dialogue between Confucius and his students.

The third book is Huangdi Neijing, a classic of Chinese medicine in China. Huangdi Neijing is actually a dialogue between Huangdi and Qi Bo.

The fourth book, Plato's Utopia, an ancient Greek philosopher, was actually written in dialogue.

Screenshots of these two newspapers were written by Chongqing Evening News and chongqing morning post in the form of questions and answers.

Now interviews with some leaders, celebrities, experts and stars will be written in this way. Or an article in narrative style, with dialogue next to it.

The article about eloquence is a narrative. Finally, there is a yellow problem, as an example, or a problem in our rhetoric.

Narrative can be simplified to question and answer. In other words, when writing a narrative, some problems have surfaced or clearly appeared in the author's mind, but we omitted these problems when writing an article.

It was a narrative, with some yellow questions added. These yellow questions are actually the problems that flashed through the author's mind when he was writing.

After these yellow questions are removed, it is a basic method or a habit when we write articles.

When writing an article, there are doubts in my mind, but many people don't understand this. When writing an article, you must be clear that you are answering questions, and you must have questions in your mind.

Horace, these two pictures, all the white words are an entry in the dictionary. This is a narrative style, but we can simplify it to a question-and-answer style.

Six yellow questions have been added. After these six yellow questions are added, the white words are narrative words, and even the punctuation marks have not moved.

This book Meta-Thinking is a book recently completed by Teacher Fan, which condenses everything about thinking, speaking and writing in recent years.

The first half talks about theoretical tools and methods, and the second half is to restore more than a dozen articles from narrative style to question-and-answer style.

Let readers see all the narrative articles, in fact, they can be restored through questions and answers, so that we can understand the author's underlying thinking.

Teacher Fan's discovery of question-and-answer thinking is closely related to his work as a journalist in Guangzhou. When he was a reporter, he found out what a reporter was doing.

As a reporter, the most important job is to ask questions. For example, I am going to interview a boss, or a leader, or an expert.

When calling to make an appointment, the other party may say, "Can you send me an interview outline first?" What is this interview outline? It's just a bunch of questions, so the reporter is asking questions.

Whether it is a writer, a TV reporter or a TV talk show host, they are asking questions. We all continue our thoughts or talk by asking questions.

Yang Lan has two books. The first book is called "I asked, therefore I am", which was the first book published by Yang Lan in an interview. "I ask, therefore I am" is paraphrased from the famous saying of French philosopher Descartes: "I think, therefore I am", which emphasizes the significance of thinking.

And "I asked, therefore I am" emphasizes that I asked the meaning of the question. Another book, Ask a World, still emphasizes asking.

Teacher Fan not only teaches writing, but also teaches speech eloquence. He often asks students to do talk show exercises in class, such as "Lu Yu has an appointment" and "Interview with Yang Lan". One is the host and the other is the guest. The host is responsible for asking questions and the guests are responsible for answering questions.

Why should this TV program be made into a talk show? Instead of letting some so-called guests give speeches? It is because many guests can't continue to think and make a complete speech.

But the host is responsible for asking questions, and the host controls the whole rhythm and the whole program, so guests can answer questions.

Ask yourself questions when you have nothing to say.

Writing articles depends not on inspiration but on thinking. When we start thinking, writing begins.

Ask yourself a question:

1. Closed question

2. Open questions

1 What is it?

2 Why?

What should I do?

The following article belongs to the standard narrative style. There is only a question mark in it, but it is actually a rhetorical question, which can be an exclamation point.

This article will only be closed and open if it is not reduced to a question-and-answer style.

The article "The Mountain of Guilin" is an expository article, which can also be simplified as a question-and-answer style. All articles can be simplified to question and answer, and the dialogue novel is undoubtedly a question and answer.

Promoting thinking and writing depends on asking questions. In fact, every sentence is promoted through question and answer. Where does the difference between the following three sentences come from? But the answer after that half sentence is different, and the second half sentence is different.

The next day, the article was copied a lot.

What does a real copy look like? That is, you must ask a series of valuable, systematic and unique questions about a topic, and then look for answers from all sides.

There is a very important instrumental concept here, which is called asking questions.

Be sure to set questions to prevent thinking from going off topic and off topic. So what's the topic? Is to set up a problem.

The setting question must be a question, that is, the basic question to be answered by an article or a paragraph. Then the problem must be a problem, different from the point of view. Views are declarative sentences and topics are interrogative sentences.

Setting questions has three functions:

1. Inspire ideas

Questions are like a hook, which can hook out the sleeping thoughts in our brains.

When people communicate and chat, it is also necessary to tick out what people have not said in their hearts by asking questions, so the first one is to stimulate ideas.

Give three questions about this point of stimulating thinking, and you can write a big article.

Why don't many people work hard? Why do you have to work hard? How should I work hard? Answering these questions is a good article.

be concentrated

When you have a problem in your mind, your scattered thoughts will focus on that problem.

3. Guide the audience or readers

When you have a clear question, it will attract attention.

When understanding question-and-answer thinking, there are three open-ended questions:

1. What is this? 2. Why? 3. What should I do?

When I talk about the topic, I actually want to tell you the type of the topic. What is it? Why? What should we do?

What is telling the truth, why and how to deal with it?

For example, if you are sick, you have to go to the hospital. So generally speaking, we also ask, what are these three key questions? Doctor, what's wrong with me?

After some examination, the doctor will tell you, and you will ask, why did I get this disease? Why is God so unfair to me? What can I do to cure it? Besides treatment, what else should we pay attention to?

This picture is the key meta-thinking: thinking, writing and speaking wisdom.

Speaking of meta-writing, the meta-thinking here is: what is it? Why? What shall we do? This is a question of three elements, and this element is the basic meaning. All the different problems in the world can be summed up. Why? Why? What should we do?

These three problems are called meta-problems, and all thinking revolves around these three problems, which is meta-thinking. When we write an article, we are answering different types of meta-questions, which is called meta-writing.

Questions always correspond to answers. What is this? It is a descriptive question, which corresponds to an answer to the facts, that is, to answer with facts. Why? It can be called an explanatory question, so it is answered with a rational answer. What shall we do? If it's a prescriptive question, then answer it with a demanding answer.

When writing an article, how can I improve my writing level? First, read more books. The second is to practice more and the third is to think more.

Writing is to answer questions. What is the answer? Why? What shall we do? The answer is factual, rational and demanding.

Therefore, we can also say that all writing is to answer questions, and answering questions means putting facts, reasoning and making demands.

In the past, we often said that we should put facts and be reasonable when discussing problems with people, but we only talked about these two items. In fact, you should know that whether we talk or write articles, we are doing three things: putting facts, reasoning and making demands.

Only when you understand this can you really understand this article. The layout of this composition is different from the layout of the composition that ordinary people talk about in writing, because Teacher Fan combines the underlying logic of three meta-questions and question-and-answer thinking.

Empty umbrella method

Empty is the sky, rain is the rain in the air, and an umbrella is an umbrella to shelter from the rain.

The explanation of "empty umbrella" here is: emptiness is the subject, rain is the understanding of the topic, and umbrella is the answer to the question. Actually, this is not easy to understand.

What is the logic of an empty umbrella? Empty is actually to limit the topic and state the status quo, that is, "what is it?" And rain is the reason to ask questions, that is, "why?" Umbrella is to put forward countermeasures and solve them concretely, which means "what should I do?"

In fact, what can we simply equate an empty umbrella with? , why? What should I do? These three meta-problems are combined into an article model. Empty umbrellas can be used not only for topics that are good at solving problems, but also for writing topics that are not good at solving problems.

Most of the topics are written in the mode of "empty umbrella".

For example, the topic of solving a problem is: What is emptiness? This is the theme of writing. What is the average person's writing level? Please explain, what is this? Then ask why people can't write? Then talk about how to improve the writing level. This is a problem-solving problem.

What do you mean, it's not a problem-solving problem? Tell me what it is first.-What is my goal? Then why set such a goal? How to achieve this goal? This is the type of problem solving.

24 the method of noble truths

Buddha Sakyamuni became a Buddha in Bodhgaya in ancient India 2,500 years ago, and then realized the four noble truths of suffering, determination, extinction and Taoism.

Bitterness, determination, extinction and Tao answer four questions: what is it? Why? What is this? What do we do? Compared with the "empty umbrella", this is just one more reason.

What is the status quo? Why is this the status quo? I'm not satisfied with the status quo. What is my hope? Finally, how to achieve this goal?

Compared with this "empty umbrella", there is only one more goal. What is this? However, how to deal with empty umbrellas actually contains a goal. What is this?

Three-world method

ORID is a dialogue tool initiated by Father Matthew.

His tools actually originated from his appreciation of works of art. ORID's Law: O is the level of objectivity, that is, the first thing you see. The second R-reaction level is how you feel in your mind after seeing it. Then I, you explain why? The last d is the decisive level.

In fact, I can understand the objectivity level of ORID as: O means to state facts, that is, what is objectivity? R is the level of reaction, which means talking about opinions, that is, what is subjective? Just making a point. Then explain level I, which is why? What is the final decisive D-level?

Four or six hats method

This was put forward by the British psychologist Edward de Poirot. The white hat is about objectivity, while the red hat is about subjectivity, that is, O and R of ORID. What is objectivity? What is subjectivity?

Six hats Most people focus on color, but it's actually wrong. The same pattern, six so-called questions make up six hats. It makes a positive and negative analysis of the article.

Five principles of FABE

This was put forward by Professor Guo Kunmo from the Business School of Zhongxing University in Taiwan Province Province, and is referred to as Faber's Rule for short.

FABE is mainly a sales speech, that is, selling products. "F" means what is being promoted? "A" means what is this? "B" means what are the benefits of buying this thing from me? "E" means what evidence is there? You should trust me.

We can put these four contents into the framework of diamond law. "F" means what kind of good products I want to sell you. Let me introduce what it is first.

Another question is: Why did you buy my product? Answer in three points. The first time is advantage, the second time is benefit, and the third time is evidence. Finally, I said, buy it quickly.

In fact, this is the framework of bringing FABE into a diamond rule. If you know this underlying logic, in fact, everything on the surface is only a little change, and the underlying logic will not change.

Six, the star rule

Many Fortune 500 companies will conduct structured interviews with interviewers in this way when they come to recruit.

As a job seeker, you can also use STAR when writing a resume or answering questions. In fact, it is four questions.

1. Only by thinking can you have thoughts.

Teacher Fan said that the three pillars are thought, rhetoric and logic. Thinking If you have no thoughts, you should think more and ponder over the problems, otherwise you can't write anything.

accumulate

It's about rhetoric, words don't come out of thin air, only read more and read more.

practise

The thinking problem of logic, the method of meta-thinking writing: question-and-answer thinking. Persist in writing, only when there is quantitative change can there be qualitative change.

If you can only get 50 points for writing this article with your current score, then you are still 50 points away from 100. How can we fill the gap of 50 points? Just write 100 articles. If you practice deliberately according to the method taught by Teacher Fan, each article will increase by 0.5 points, which will increase by 50 points.

1 lack of ideas. What are the corresponding tools and methods?

Is to know how to think, ask and answer questions, is to learn to think in asking and answering questions, and writing is actually asking and answering questions.

2 thought floating off topic

The tools given are examples. Learning the diamond rule, a question is called a question. What does this three-element question include? Why? What shall we do? These are three types of questions.

3 the structure is chaotic and there is no focus.

This problem gives a structured tool, the key is the diamond rule, including these six classic tools and methods.
