The exit education project of Han Xi Prison mainly adopts the "4-4-2" teaching method, that is, consolidating education (legal knowledge, political theory, moral education, etc. ) accounted for 40%, vocational and technical education accounted for 40%, and return education (employment and entrepreneurship training, employment guidance and social adaptability education) accounted for 20%, which initially formed its own characteristics. There are only five policemen in the whole political department, and there are no other departments. The director of the political department 1 is a member of the prison party Committee and is also responsible for the work of the discipline inspection commission. Executive Deputy Director 1, responsible for the overall work of the Political Department. The cadre training has 1 class teacher, who is responsible for personnel, archives and veteran cadres. Although there are only five policemen in the Political Department, which is equivalent to the number of a department in the Political Department of Guangxi Prison, I really admire their normal operation and timely completion of political work with good quality and quantity.
