2. Obtain corresponding academic degree certificates as scheduled in accordance with the prescribed academic system, and organize selection according to seven major categories: management, law, engineering, literature, agriculture, economics, and other categories.

4. Excellent overall performance during school, good interpersonal communication and language expression skills, willingness to serve the grassroots and hard-working spirit, honesty and trustworthiness, physical and mental health, and meeting the recruitment physical examination standards.

Graduates from entrusted training, on-the-job training and directional training are not included in the selection.

5. Fresh graduates must obtain relevant academic degrees before being hired. Personnel who have returned from studying abroad and those who have obtained academic degrees in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan should provide a certificate of overseas (overseas) academic degree certification issued by the Ministry of Education’s Study Abroad Service Center before taking up the job.

(2) Specific conditions

Graduates within the selection scope can apply if they meet one of the following conditions:

1. Currently a member of the Communist Party of China (Including probationary party members).

Selection Procedure This selection will be conducted in accordance with the procedures of online registration, preliminary selection, comprehensive test, physical examination, public announcement and other procedures.

(1) Online registration

This selection will implement unified online registration. Candidates who meet the conditions and are willing to apply, log in to the Pingdu Government Affairs Network () In the "Preferred Plan" selection column, click "Registration Portal" to enter the online registration system to register. There is no registration fee for this registration.

Online registration shall be carried out according to the following procedures:

1. Submit registration information. After entering the registration system, applicants must first register and set a login name and password. Each person is limited to applying for one major professional position (management, law, engineering, literature, agriculture, economics, other categories) . Applicants must use a valid resident ID card to register, and the applicant's name, ID card number and other personal information must be true and consistent. Family members and major social relationships must be filled out truthfully and standardly. Learning experience must be filled in from high school.

2. Upload the review information.

When registering, fresh graduates in 2021 need to upload their second-generation ID card (front and back), transcripts during school, employment recommendation form, and attach certificates of awards obtained during school, proof of identity as a student cadre and party member, etc. Original photos (the uploaded image format should be set according to the registration system requirements or prompts). If you cannot provide photos of relevant documents other than ID cards in time when registering, you can first make a written document (see the attachment for the template) and upload it, and then submit the originals of relevant materials before the comprehensive test. Graduates in 2020 also need to upload original photos of graduation certificates, degree certificates, and registration certificates. Those who are not yet employed need to upload original photos of their personal unemployment certificates. Those who are employed need to upload original photos of their unit’s approval certificate for application (relaxation can be relaxed for those who have real difficulties. Provided before the inspection). After the materials are uploaded successfully, the registration status will be pending review. If the application information is submitted multiple times before the qualification review, the information filled in the last time will be automatically replaced by the information filled in the previous time. The performance of applicants during the selection period will be one of the important contents of the selection inspection.

3. Check the qualification review results. During the online review period, applicants should log in to the registration website in time to check the qualification review results. Once the registration information is approved, it cannot be changed. If the registration information has not been reviewed or has not passed the review, the registration information can be changed or supplemented before 11:00 on April 30, 2021. The registration information cannot be changed or supplemented after the deadline.

(2) Online preliminary qualification review. The Pingdu City "Preferred Plan" Selection Leading Group Office will conduct an online preliminary review of relevant materials submitted by applicants based on the selection conditions and requirements.

Qualification review runs through the entire selection process. If anyone conceals information, maliciously registers registration information to disrupt the registration order, or forges relevant certificates, materials, and information to defraud examination qualifications, once verified, the selection qualifications will be cancelled, and serious handling will be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations.

(3) Online primary selection. Those who pass the preliminary examination and enter the preliminary election will organize remote video preliminary election through the network system. Based on the registration status, the number of personnel to be recruited for different majors and major categories will be determined. The preliminary selection comprehensively considers factors such as professional level, academic degree, awards, serving as a student cadre, and performance in the preliminary selection, and determines candidates for the comprehensive test in a ratio of 1:3. The results of the primary election will be announced on the Pingdu Government Affairs website, and the primary election results will not be included in the comprehensive test results. The preliminary selection plan will be announced separately.

(4) Comprehensive testing. The comprehensive test will be conducted in the form of a structured interview, and the specific time and location will be notified later. Comprehensive test scores are scored using a hundred-point system, calculated to two digits after the decimal point, and the mantissa is rounded off. The comprehensive test results will be announced on site, and the comprehensive test results will be the total score. If the comprehensive test score is less than 60 points, it will not be included in the scope of the physical examination.

(5) Physical examination. Candidates who enter the inspection scope will be determined based on the comprehensive test score ratio of 1:1.5, and an inspection team will be sent to the school (unit) where the candidate is located to conduct inspections in accordance with the relevant regulations on civil servant recruitment inspections. For those who pass the examination, the candidates who enter the physical examination scope will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 (if the total test scores are the same, they will be determined in the order of the sooner or later they join the party, the sooner or later they serve as student cadres, and the higher the scholarship level). (6) Public announcement of employment. Based on comprehensive tests, physical examinations, etc., the list of personnel to be selected will be determined and announced on the Pingdu Government Affairs Network for a period of 7 days. If there are no issues affecting the selection and recruitment after public announcement, they will be arranged to work in the public institutions affiliated to Pingdu City (street), go through the employment procedures for public institution personnel, and sign an employment contract (the minimum service period in Pingdu City is stipulated in the employment contract to be 5 years) , including probation period; fresh graduates must first sign an employment agreement, and after graduation, go through the employment procedures and sign an employment contract). The probation period for selected personnel is one year, and the employment contract will be terminated for those who fail to meet the requirements. Management training and related benefits 1. The selected personnel shall be managed by the Organization Department of the Pingdu Municipal Party Committee and the Pingdu Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in accordance with the cadre management authority. According to relevant policies and regulations, housing subsidies for undergraduates, master's students, and doctoral students will be provided for no more than 36 months at the standards of 500 yuan/month, 800 yuan/month, and 1,200 yuan/month respectively.
