Environmental protection technology research and development zone

The planned construction area is 460,000 square meters, covering an area of 420 mu. We will mainly develop innovative carriers and public service platforms focusing on scientific research, design and testing, attract key enterprises at home and abroad to establish independent R&D institutions, master a number of international leading environmental protection technologies, stay at the forefront of environmental protection technology research and development, and become a first-class environmental protection technology research and development center in China. The main projects are:

1. National Wire and Cable Quality Supervision and Inspection Center: it focuses on cable product quality inspection, focuses on product research and development, and promotes product quality and new product research and development by detecting technological advantages. The center will build CE and CB certification laboratories according to domestic advanced and international first-class standards, which have been completed and put into operation.

2. Tsinghua University Yixing Environmental Protection R&D Center: Develop R&D and services around environmental protection technologies such as efficient nitrogen and phosphorus removal and sewage recycling, carry out pilot and industrial research and engineering demonstration, and provide advanced technologies and equipment with low energy consumption such as efficient nitrogen and phosphorus removal, sewage recycling and upgrading of sewage treatment plants.

3. National Environmental Protection Lake Engineering Technology Center: jointly established by china environmental science Research Institute and Jiangsu Zhongke Ji Ye River and Lake Treatment Engineering Co., Ltd., organized teams such as Academician Meng Wei, Academician Liu Hongliang and Professor Jin Xiangcan to carry out research and application of major key and basic technologies such as lake water pollution prevention and control.

4. Environmental Control and Pollution Control Engineering Center: jointly established by the Institute of Process Engineering of China Academy of Sciences and Yixing Zhongyu Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., aiming at strengthening the technical cooperation of dust removal and desulfurization and promoting the industrialization of technological achievements.

5. Jiangsu Bio-fertilizer Engineering Center: Nanjing Agricultural University and Jiangsu Xintiandi Amino Acid Fertilizer Co., Ltd. Strive to become a national engineering center and a state key laboratory within 3-5 years; Jiangsu Xintiandi Bio-fertilizer Engineering Center Co., Ltd. will be cultivated into a listed company and become a leading organic fertilizer enterprise in China.

6. Jiangsu Nitrogen and Phosphorus Removal Water Treatment Engineering Technology Research Center: Southeast University cooperates with Jiangsu Lexus Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. to develop and research the patented technology and equipment for nitrogen and phosphorus removal of urban sewage, which is an experimental platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in low-cost treatment of urban sewage. Approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine in 2007, the center was jointly established by Jiangsu Institute of Product Quality Supervision and Inspection and Wuxi Yixing Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. The total investment of the project is 98 million yuan, and the construction area is 1.86 million square meters.

The National Quality Inspection Center is a large-scale research-oriented testing institution integrating testing, technology development, consulting and training services, and is the secretariat unit of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Wire and Cable Materials. At present, there are 48 inspectors, including doctoral students 1 person, 6 master students, and more than 300 sets of inspection equipment, of which more than 65% are imported inspection equipment. The testing products cover all kinds of wires and cables with voltage levels of 500kV and below. The comprehensive inspection ability is in the leading position in the national quality inspection system, and it has a high reputation and authority in the wire and cable industry, and has carried out fruitful cooperation with internationally renowned multinational companies and inspection institutions.

At present, the center has undertaken provincial and ministerial large-scale scientific and technological projects 1, 2 municipal scientific and technological projects and 2 national standards. Within 3 ~ 5 years after the completion of the center, we will strive to apply to become a laboratory accredited by CB and CE, and actively serve China wire and cable enterprises to gradually enter the international market. The center will continue to increase investment in talent team, testing equipment, scientific research and development, and strive to build the center into a national well-known wire and cable technology testing service center and a world-class laboratory within five years.

Environmental protection exhibition center

It covers an area of about 35,000 ㎡ and has a building area of 38,000 ㎡. Its main functions are environmental protection exhibition, technical exchange, business transaction and personnel training. Jiangsu Yixing Overseas Students Pioneer Park
