What are the possibilities of employment after psychology?

Judging from my personal experience of studying psychology for six years, I graduated from two medical schools. Most of my friends who worked at that time went to training institutions such as special children and also took the civil service exam. Our psychology major was embarrassed to take the civil service exam. Because our major was not right, we went to the company to do HR. At that time, we couldn't get the qualification certificate of mental health teacher, and we couldn't even go to primary and secondary schools. If you are in a hospital, you only got Grade 3 without a psychotherapist's certificate. Before you took the second grade exam, your counselor's card was completely cancelled. The better recruitment units in the market need a second-level psychological counselor certificate to be qualified for psychological counseling.

I successfully passed the postgraduate entrance examination of applied psychology in Huazhong Normal University, where I met many big names in the consulting field. I specially found an internship in a hospital, thinking that I could do psychological counseling after graduation. The reality is that you can't do psychological counseling yet, and people have doubts about your practical experience.

Fortunately, I got the qualification certificate of mental health teacher in the postgraduate stage, and signed a contract with a middle school in Wuhan to be a campus psychological teacher before the epidemic came.

Along the way, I found that it is not easy to find a job in psychology. I am still preparing for the psychotherapist exam and the medical and health qualification technical exam, and I also want to realize my dream of being a psychotherapist. Good job, psychological job market
