Product introduction of conch group

The name "Conch" comes from the Conch brand cement trademark of Ningguo Cement Plant, while the name of Conch brand comes from the names of limestone mines in Ningguo Cement Plant: Big Conch Mine and Small Conch Mine.

Conch is famous for its strict management and excellent products. 1996 took the lead in passing the international ISO900 1 quality system certification in the cement industry. Conch cement is widely used in landmark projects that attract worldwide attention, such as Shanghai Oriental Pearl TV Tower, nanpu bridge, Yangpu Bridge, Lianyungang Nuclear Power Station and Shanghai Maglev Train.

The company's leading products are "Conch brand" portland cement clinker and "Conch brand" high-grade cement. The general cement produced mainly includes portland cement, ordinary portland cement, slag portland cement and composite portland cement. And the grades are divided into seven grades, namely 62.5R, 62.5, 52.5R, 52.5, 42.5R, 42.5 and 32.5. The characteristic cement produced includes sulfate-resistant cement, medium heat portland cement, low heat slag portland cement, road portland cement, oil well cement, nonmagnetic cement, special cement for nuclear power plant, white cement and so on. It can also produce Ⅰ-Ⅱ cement, Ⅱ-ⅴ cement and Ⅰ-52.5n, Ⅱ-42.5r and Ⅱ cement produced according to American ASTM standard and European EN- 197 standard.

Conch products are all produced by new dry production process system, advanced QCX online quality control system and means, and equipped with advanced cement testing facilities such as X-ray fluorescence instrument, automatic constant stress press, hydration heat tester and atomic absorption spectrometer. Many subsidiaries have obtained ISO 9000: 2000 quality system and ISO 14000 environmental protection system certification, and implemented quality management and control in strict accordance with the requirements of the quality system to ensure that the quality of conch meets the needs of different markets and customers.

The company not only produces silicate series cement conforming to China standards, but also produces silicate series cement conforming to American ASTM, European EN and international ISO standards, and develops characteristic cement according to different customer requirements.
