With the approval of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the provincial hydrological bureau’s grassroots hydrological station openly recruits 20 people Hydrology and water resources professional and technical personnel. IV. Recruitment Procedures
(1) Registration and Qualification Review
1. Registration time: from November 24th to November 30th.
2. Notes on registration: Registration must be done directly by individuals. Applicants are required to fill in the "Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions Directly Affiliated to the Provincial Department of Water Resources" (which can be downloaded from the Anhui Water Resources website www.ahsl.gov.cn), and submit the original and copy of their ID card and academic certificate (for those who have not yet graduated) Applicants also need to provide their student ID card, the "Graduate Employment Recommendation Form" signed by the school's graduate employment department), and three one-inch photos on the same plate.
3. In principle, the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of recruits should be no less than 3:1. For positions that do not meet the prescribed ratio, the examination will be started with the approval of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security.

5. The Provincial Hydrology Bureau will conduct a preliminary qualification review of the applicants, and the Provincial Water Resources Department’s Personnel Office will conduct a qualification review.
(2) Exam
The exam is divided into two parts: a written test and an interview.
The written test mainly tests the candidates’ basic knowledge of public affairs and professional knowledge of hydrology and water resources. The written test is worth 100 points, of which 40 points are for basic public knowledge and 60 points for professional knowledge of hydrology and water resources. The written test time is 150 minutes.
Based on the written test scores from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 1:2, the candidates for the interview will be determined. The interview will be conducted in a structured interview format, which mainly examines the overall and professional qualities of the candidates, as well as their ability to conduct comprehensive analysis, language expression, coordination and response, and solve practical problems. The interview time is 20 minutes per person.
The test scores are based on a hundred-point system. The candidates' written test scores and interview scores are combined into the total test score in a ratio of 6:4.
(3) Assessment and physical examination
Based on the results of the written test and interview, the assessment objects will be determined in a 1:1 ratio from high scores to low scores. The assessment mainly examines the candidates' political ideology, moral character, professional abilities, work performance (academic performance), and compliance with national laws and regulations. The physical examination is conducted at a ratio of 1:1. The physical examination is based on the physical examination standards for civil servant recruitment and is conducted in a third-class general hospital. Those who do not meet the requirements in the assessment or physical examination will be filled in equal amounts according to the vacancies and the final test scores from high to low. The assessment and physical examination work will be organized and implemented by the Provincial Hydrology Bureau.
(4) Announcement of proposed personnel
Those who pass the assessment and physical examination will be announced by the Provincial Hydrology Bureau for one week.
5. Recruitment
Those who pass the announcement will be reviewed and determined by the Provincial Hydrology Bureau. After review by the Provincial Department of Water Resources, they will be reported to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for relevant approval. Procedures (fresh graduates must obtain a graduation certificate before proceeding), sign an employment contract in accordance with regulations, and implement a probation period system.
6. Organizational Leadership
Under the guidance of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the recruitment work is organized and implemented by the Human Resources Department of the Provincial Department of Water Resources in conjunction with the Provincial Hydrology Bureau. The Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department of the Provincial Department of Water Resources will supervise the entire recruitment process.
7. Discipline
Recruitment work discipline shall be implemented in accordance with the "Regulations on Handling Disciplinary Violations in the Personnel Examination of Anhui Province" and the relevant regulations of the Provincial Department of Water Resources.
