What has the profession of nurse brought you?

One of my cousins has been working in the nursing post for 10 years. Let me briefly share with you her own understanding and experience of this profession.

First, get down to business.

First of all, almost all people engaged in the nursing industry did not take the initiative to join the nursing industry because of their great love at first. But for various reasons, I mistakenly engaged in this profession. While doing things, I struggle, vomit, and hesitate whether it is possible to leave.

The great difference between ideal and reality will lead to a psychological gap. Although they work under the same roof, compared with doctors who are close at hand, most nurses have a huge gap in basic quality, learning ability and enterprising spirit. Our social status, respect and nature of work will make people feel psychologically uncomfortable.

Second, income.

If you are in a third-class hospital, your income is generally good. This is also a reason why most nurses have been insisting.

Third, the quality of nursing staff

Due to different levels and levels of hospitals and different requirements for access thresholds, the quality of nursing staff is uneven. The quality of nursing staff in first-and second-tier cities is relatively high. Now some hospitals have graduated from graduate schools, and many hospitals also require at least a bachelor's degree. There are more and more nurses in the fields of scientific research, core journal papers, clinical patents, difficult specialized surgery and so on.

Fourthly, the orientation of nurses to themselves.

I want to say a few more words here, that is, what is the position of our nurses? How do we see ourselves? Very few patients and their families don't understand our professional characteristics and call us "waiters", but-this can only show the quality level of patients and their families, but there is something wrong with their cognition.

I often tell nurses that we should know that we are professional technicians and qualified professional technicians after years of professional study and clinical practice. We should respect ourselves, strive for self-improvement and truly show our value, so as to win the respect of colleagues, patients and their families. We treat patients and their families with humility, and we provide them with professional care, help and guidance with our professional knowledge and technology. As long as you are strong enough. No one can disrespect us.

The above are some feelings and insights brought to him by the profession of nurse. Welcome everyone to communicate together!
