The construction of Haiyang Zhenhua was completed in September 2012, and it was officially opened to the public on September 13, 2012.

Zhenhua Commercial Building consists of one underground floor and six above-ground floors. There are supermarkets, home appliances, restaurants, etc. on the underground floor. The first floor mainly sells cosmetics, watches, jewelry, etc., as well as the well-known KFC. The 2nd to 5th floors above ground are mainly for all kinds of clothing. Well-known brands such as Belle, Daphne, Jiuzi, and Jazz & Danny will be stationed in the commercial building. Entertainment, beauty, fitness and other places are also available. The sixth floor is the movie screening area, with six movie screening halls that can accommodate more than 800 people watching movies at the same time.
