1. Member of the Faculty of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Honorary Faculty; National-level candidates for the 100 million talents project in the new century; Young and middle-aged experts who have made outstanding contributions to the country; National outstanding professional and technical personnel; China master of arts and crafts; Master of National Engineering Survey and Design; Mao Dun Literature Award; Lu Xun literature prize; Wu Jieping Prize in Medicine; Distinguished professor, Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine, "Changjiang Scholar Award Program" of the Ministry of Education; Changjiang Scholar Achievement Award;

2. In recent 5 years, those who have won the following awards:

(1) The first prize of the National Natural Science Award, and the top three of the second prize of the National Natural Science Award;

(2) The first prize of the National Technological Invention Award, and the top 3 of the second prize of the National Technological Invention Award;

(3) Top 5 in the first prize of national scientific and technological progress;

(4) Top three national teaching achievement awards;

(5) China Young Scientist Award;

(6) Honorary title of "National Young and Middle-aged Literary and Art Workers with Virtue and Art";

(7) Top 2 China Patent Gold Awards (patent inventors and designers are required);

(8) World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Gold Award for Copyright Creative Figures;

(9) Sun's works and papers won the Economic Science Award.

3. Persons who have held the following positions in the past five years:

(1) leader and deputy leader of the national science and technology major special expert group; Team leader of the project (subject), and the project (subject) has passed the acceptance;

(2) the person in charge of the national science and technology support (tackling key problems) project;

(3) Chief scientist of the National "973 Plan" project and member of the project expert group undertaking research tasks;

(4) the leader, deputy leader and convener of the special expert group in the field of the National "863 Plan";

(5) Director, deputy director, director of academic committee of national laboratory, director of national key laboratory, director of academic committee, director of national engineering laboratory, national engineering (technology) research center and national energy research and development (experiment) center;

(6) Chief expert of major projects of the National Social Science Fund;

(7) Chairman of the National Professional Standardization Technical Committee;

4. The project leader who has been funded by the National Natural Science Foundation "National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars (including foreigners)" has completed the research of the funded projects, and has been notified of the conclusion of the funded projects by the National Natural Science Foundation;

5. The person in charge of the project funded by the "Major Projects Fund" of the National Natural Science Foundation in recent five years has completed the research of the funded projects and obtained the closing notice of the funded projects of the National Natural Science Foundation;
