Haidong city. Baidu map shows that Ledu District belongs to Haidong Municipal Government of Qinghai Province and was established in May 1969. Haidong Street is the seat of the district government. Located on the north and south sides of the middle reaches of Huangshui River in the northeast of Qinghai Province, it is adjacent to Ping 'an District of Haidong City in the west, Minhe County in the east, Qinglong County and Huzhu County across the river in the south, 63km away from Xining City, the capital of Gansu Province, and 168km in the east.
