Subgrade works of some construction sites in Yongxian expressway mainly include foundation treatment, embankment and bridge and culvert works. 1, subgrade treatment:
This section is located in collapsible loess area, and the treatment method is soil replacement. Hot mix asphalt mixture is suitable for asphalt pavement of various grades of roads. The material type of hot mix asphalt mixture should be reasonably selected according to the specific situation and technical specifications. (1) Foundation preparation and lofting
Before paving the surface layer, the base and subgrade should be inspected and treated to ensure the good combination of the base and surface layer of the road, thus reducing the infiltration of water into the base layer.
In order to control the paving thickness of the mixture, after preparing the base, measure and set out, set sample piles along the center line of the pavement and a quarter of the width of the pavement, and mark the loose paving thickness of the mixture. When paving with an automatic leveling paver, a control datum line guiding the driving direction and elevation of the paver should also be released. The test section should be paved before the construction of expressway and first-class highway. The length of the test section should be determined according to the test purpose, and it should be 100 ~ 200m. The test section shall be laid on a straight section. For example, when paving on other roads, the pavement structure and other conditions should be the same, and the tests of each structural layer of the pavement can be arranged on different test sections.
(2) Paving the road
Asphalt mixture can be paved manually or mechanically, and asphalt pavement of high-grade highway should be paved mechanically.
There are two types of asphalt pavers: crawler type and tire type. The structure and technical performance of the two are roughly the same. The main components of asphalt paver are hopper, chain conveyor, spiral paver, vibrating plate, spreading plate, moving parts and engine. (3) Rolling
After paving and leveling the asphalt mixture, it should be rolled while it is hot. The rolling temperature shall meet the specified requirements. Compacted asphalt mixture shall meet the requirements of compactness and smoothness, and the layered compaction thickness of asphalt mixture shall not be greater than 10cm. The rolling process of asphalt mixture is divided into three stages: initial rolling, secondary rolling and final rolling. During initial compaction, a 60 ~ 80kn double-wheel roller is used to roll the mixture twice at the speed of 1.5 ~ 2.0km/h, so that the mixture is initially stabilized. Then use 100 ~ 120 kn three-wheel roller or tire roller to recompress for 4 ~ 6 times. Rolling speed: 3 km/h for three-wheel roller; The tire roller is 5 km/h, and in the recompression stage, it will be rolled until it is stable without obvious wheel tracks. Re-compaction is the most important stage in the rolling process, and whether the mixture can reach the specified density depends entirely on the rolling at this stage. The final compaction is to use a 60 ~ 80kN double-wheel roller with a rolling speed of 3 km/h for 2 ~ 4 times after re-compaction, so as to eliminate the wheel tracks generated in the rolling process and ensure the smoothness of the road surface.
When rolling, the direction of the roller should be parallel to the center line of the road and pressed into the middle of the road by the edge of one side of the road. When rolling with a three-wheel roller, the width of the rear wheel should overlap1/2 each time; Double roller will overlap 30cm once; Tire rollers should also overlap. Because the tire roller can adjust the internal pressure of the tire, it can obtain the required contact ground pressure to make the aggregates bite each other, and it is easy to obtain uniform compactness, and the compactness can be improved by 2 ~ 3%. Therefore, the tire roller is most suitable for rolling in the recompression stage.
(4), joint construction
Various construction joints of asphalt pavement (including longitudinal joints, transverse joints, new and old pavement joints, etc.). Due to insufficient compaction, steps, cracks, looseness and other diseases are often prone to occur, which affects the smoothness and durability of the pavement, so we must attach great importance to it during construction. There are two machines paving at the same time in the construction, so the longitudinal joints between the machines should be handled carefully.

The whole pavement is arched, so the general pavement adopts overflow on both sides of the slope and flows into the side ditches on both sides of the highway to be discharged; In the curve section of the road, superelevation is set on the outside of the road, and unilateral drainage is adopted. Rainwater pipes are arranged in the central separation zone to collect rainwater from the road surface outside the bend, and then flow into the side ditch from the horizontal drainage pipes laid under the subgrade.
