Civil air defense supervision engineer can obtain the qualification of supervision engineer of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development through training and examination. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens, who abide by the law and meet one of the following conditions, can apply to participate in the national supervision engineer qualification examination:

1, college degree or above, majoring in engineering technology or engineering economics, having obtained intermediate positions in engineering technology or engineering economics in accordance with relevant state regulations, and having served for over 3 years;

2, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, to obtain senior positions in engineering technology or engineering economy;

3. 1970 (including 1970), graduated from technical secondary school majoring in engineering technology or engineering economy, and obtained the intermediate position of engineering technology or engineering economy in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, and served for three years.

Registration process

Examination registration is generally conducted from February of the previous year to February of the examination year. Eligible applicants can log on to the designated website to fill in and submit the application information online within the specified time, and go through the qualification examination and payment procedures according to relevant regulations.
