There are three types of banks: regular employees (long-term contracts), labor dispatch employees (short-term contracts) and outsourced employees.

The contract signed by the labor dispatch staff is signed with the labor service company, and the work of the staff is arranged by the bank. Outsourcing employees are generally contracted by large enterprises through bidding (some have some connections with banks). Different from labor dispatch, the work of employees is arranged by enterprises, not within banks. It has nothing to do with banks administratively. (an adult college diploma is enough)

By grade: regular employees > labor dispatch > outsourcing

Salary: outsourcing = labor dispatch 60%, labor dispatch = formal 60%.

As long as the campus recruitment is basically to recruit people inside the bank, that is, formal workers, there will be preparation. You'd better ask the bank about it.
