Announcement of Bidding for Liuxihu Lake of Zhengzhou City Garden Bureau

The first phase project of Xiliuhu Park in Zhengzhou City (Chemical Road-Zhengshang Road) undertaken by Zhengzhou Bureau of Landscape Architecture has met the bidding conditions. Now, public bidding is conducted for the construction of this project, and the contractor is selected on the best basis.

1. The general situation of this project subject to tender is as follows:

1. 1 Project name: Phase I construction project of Xiliuhu Park in Zhengzhou City (from Chemical Road to Zhengshang Road);

1.2 Project address: Xiliuhu District, Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou City;

1.3 construction scale: the planned area of the first phase construction project is about 43 hectares, including greening and hard landscape engineering.

1.4 source of funds: financial allocation, which has been implemented;

1.5 bidding scope: construction, completion acceptance, maintenance, warranty and related services of all contents of the construction drawing;

1.6 contract mode: quantity contract;

1.7 quality requirements: qualified;

1.8 construction period: greening project: 40 calendar days; Hard landscape engineering: 60 calendar days.

2, the bidding applicant qualification requirements:

2. 1 has independent legal personality; With the qualification certificate of urban landscaping enterprises above grade 2, and the project manager with the corresponding professional certificate of landscaping above grade 2 or registered architect certificate;

2.2 do not accept the consortium bid.

2.3 The legal person and project manager have no record of bribery crime in recent 3 years (subject to the Notice of Inquiry Results of Bribery Crime Archives issued by the procuratorial organ where the enterprise is located).

3. Registration time and place: from February 201/kloc-0 to February 20 1 15 (except national holidays and public holidays) at 8: 30 ~1every morning.

4. Materials to be brought when registering: original power of attorney of enterprise legal person and ID card of entrusted agent, business license of enterprise legal person (photocopy), enterprise qualification certificate (photocopy), registered builder's certificate or project manager's certificate of project manager, and original and photocopy of notification letter of inquiry result of bribery crime file (keep one original and two copies 1, and affix the official seal of the applicant).
