(2) Registration precautions and qualification review
1. Each applicant is limited to applying for one position.

4. Recruitment
1. After the examination, based on the final total recruitment score, the candidates to participate in the physical examination will be determined from high scores to low scores in a 1:1 ratio to the number of people to be recruited for the recruitment position. , the physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the "General Physical Examination Standards for National Civil Servants Recruitment (Trial)". When recruitment positions are vacant due to reasons such as failure to pass the physical examination, candidates will be filled in to take the physical examination. For positions where there is no competition for interviews, the interview score of the physical examination candidate must reach 60% of the total interview score.
2. The employer will organize an assessment for those who pass the physical examination, and determine the list of personnel to be hired based on the assessment and physical examination results. The list of personnel to be hired will be published on the Jiangsu Provincial Human Resources and Social Security website for 7 working days. The content of the announcement includes the recruiting unit, position name, name of the person to be hired, current work or study unit, various results of the recruitment examination, total score, ranking, etc.
3. For those who have no objection to the announcement, after being registered with the provincial human resources and social security department, the employer will handle the relevant employment procedures and sign an employment contract with them. No replacement will be made after employment approval. A probationary period system is implemented for hiring personnel.
