1. Candidate conditions and requirements
(1) Basic conditions
1. Have the qualifications and requirements of the People's Republic of China and the National People's Congress Nationality, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system;

2. Registration and preliminary qualification review
(1) Registration

Registration requires the following materials:
1. "Shenzhen Cultural Heritage Protection Center Selection Registration form for staff in professional and technical positions" (2 original copies, please see attachment 3 for empty forms);
2. Scanned copy of ID card or household registration book;
3. Educational qualifications and degree certificates and scanned copies of professional title certificates;
4. Scanned copies of certification materials listed in other conditions related to job requirements in the "Position List";
5. Others.
(1) If the position has work experience requirements, a work contract, social security and work experience certificate that meet the required years must be provided. Internship experience, part-time (full-time) work experience and non-work training for social personnel during the period of receiving full-time general higher education will not be counted as work experience.
(2) Those who have returned from studying abroad must provide relevant certification materials such as overseas (overseas) academic qualifications and degree certification letters issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education together with their degree certificates. Applicants can log on to the Ministry of Education’s Study Abroad Service Center website () to check the relevant requirements and procedures for certification. Those who study within the country (territory) and obtain foreign (overseas) academic qualifications and degrees must obtain academic qualifications and degree certification letters issued by relevant institutions affiliated to the Ministry of Education. (2) Preliminary review of qualifications
Protected by Shenzhen Cultural Heritage The personnel cadres of the center will review the application materials and conduct a preliminary qualification review based on the announcement and the "Position List". Those who pass the preliminary qualification review will be determined as candidates for the examination and the examination time will be notified separately; applicants who do not meet the conditions will be disqualified from the examination. The preliminary qualification review is only a preliminary review of the materials provided by the applicants, and the final review results before the employment procedures are completed. Qualification review runs through the entire hiring process.
3. Examination
(1) Please refer to the examination notice for the specific time and location of the examination. Candidates must take the exam with their own exam notice and ID card (both are indispensable).
(2) The examination format is an interview, which is organized by the Shenzhen Cultural Heritage Protection Center.
IV. Implementation of the avoidance system
It shall be implemented in accordance with the "Avoidance Regulations on Personnel Management of Public Institutions".
5. Announcement of exam results
The qualifying mark for the exam is 60 points. The candidates will be ranked according to their scores, and the list of candidates for physical examination will be determined at a ratio of 1:1 to the number of candidates to be recruited. If multiple interview scores tie, the candidate will be determined based on the examiner's scores. The exam results will be announced within 5 working days after the end of the exam, and the announcement time will be no less than 7 days. 6. Physical examination, qualification review and inspection
(1) Physical examination
Personnel participating in the physical examination must bring their ID card and a recent one-inch full-face color photo without a hat , go to a designated hospital for a physical examination. Those who do not participate in the physical examination on time will be deemed to have given up automatically. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for Physical Examination of Open Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)" (Guangdong People's Society Fa [2010] No. 382).
(2) Qualification review and inspection
The Shenzhen Cultural Heritage Protection Center organizes a review to see whether the information provided by the proposed personnel is consistent with the conditions and requirements of the announcement and schedule. The original unit of the proposed personnel will conduct on-site inspections, file transfer reviews, etc. to inspect the proposed personnel.
Those who pass the qualification review and inspection will enter the public announcement and recruitment process.
7. Public announcement
The proposed candidates will be publicized on the website of Shenzhen Municipal Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau after the inspection. The publicity period will be 7 working days.
8. Recruitment
Based on the publicity situation, study and decide on the candidates to be hired, go through the employment procedures for the proposed personnel, and prepare all the required information and submit it to the market within 3 months after the publicity is over. After filing, the employer shall sign an employment contract with the employee within one month of reporting to the unit. The term of the employment contract is generally not less than 3 years. The probation period is included in the employment period of the position. Those who pass the probationary period will continue to be employed; those who fail to pass the probationary assessment or are found not to meet the qualifications for the recruitment position during the probationary period, the employment will be cancelled.
9. Others
The deadline for calculation of age, work experience and other conditions in this announcement is June 24, 2022.
