Recruitment conditions and selection principles:

1. Basic conditions

( 1) Unmarried, with a college degree or above recognized by the state. Nomenclatures from active military personnel and armed police will not be accepted.

(2) Current students must graduate before September 1, 2012.

2. Age, education

1. College degree: 18-24 years old (born between January 1, 1987 and December 31, 1993)

3. Physical conditions (need to meet the following conditions at the same time)

(1) Girls:

1. Height: 163-175 cm;

2. Naked visual acuity: no less than 0.1, no squint, no color blindness; such as If the naked visual acuity is less than 0.5, you must be equipped with corrective glasses. If the corrected visual acuity reaches 0.8 or above, you must bring glasses when applying; if the vision has been surgically corrected, you must also bring the surgical medical record (not the diagnosis certificate). (Please note: the vision standards here are all measurement standards of the "C Table")

3. Weight standard: (Height in centimeters -110) plus or minus 10%;

4. Correct facial features, well-proportioned body, and healthy complexion;

5. No stuttering, no history of motion sickness or seasickness;

6. No history of chronic illness, family history of mental illness, or genetic history, History of epilepsy;

7. No obvious "O"-shaped or "X"-shaped legs;

8. No skin diseases that cannot be cured for a long time, such as tinea capitis, eczema, psoriasis, Chronic urticaria, etc.;

9. No bone and joint diseases or deformities;

10. No nephritis, hematuria, proteinuria;

Flight crew Applicants must comply with the physical examination standards stated in the "Medical Standards and Physical Examination Certificate Management Rules for Chinese Civil Aviation Personnel" (CCAR-67FS) promulgated by the Civil Aviation Administration of China. Applicants should pay attention to the comparison.

(2) Boys

1. Height 175-182 cm.

2. The naked visual acuity "C-Chart" is not less than 0.6, and there is no squint or color blindness; if the vision has been surgically corrected, the surgical medical record (not the diagnosis certificate) must be brought. Note: The visual acuity standard here is the "C-Chart" measurement standard.

3. Weight standard: height (in centimeters) minus 110 within plus or minus 10%.

4. Have good facial features, a well-proportioned body, and a healthy complexion.

5. No stuttering, no history of motion sickness or seasickness.

6. No history of chronic illness, family history of mental illness, genetic disease, or epilepsy.

7. No obvious "O" or "X" shaped legs.

8. There are no skin diseases that cannot be cured, such as tinea capitis, eczema, psoriasis, chronic urticaria, etc.

9. No bone or joint diseases or deformities.

10. No nephritis, hematuria, or proteinuria.

11. No hepatitis or hepatosplenomegaly; HbsAg is negative.

12. Meet the basic requirements of the physical fitness test: 3000-meter running no slower than 17 minutes, 100-meter running no slower than 16 seconds, horizontal bar pull-ups no less than 3, parallel bar arm flexion and extension no less than 5 , no less than 20 burpees, and no less than 26 sit-ups.

Selection process:

1. Visual audition: 3 days; male passenger The visual inspection will be conducted at the original venue after the female pilot audition is completed and ends in one day.

2. Written test: 1 day, including English and basic quality ability tests; the assessment of male and female passengers will be conducted at the same time.

3. Re-examination: 2-3 days; including leaderless group discussion, 2:1 interview, and decision-making interview.

Among them, the female contestant wore a China Southern Airlines flight attendant uniform to participate in the decision-making interview and it was broadcast live online.

The top few contestants with excellent re-examination scores will be qualified to participate in the National Elite Finals. If any of them fail the physical examination, they will be replaced according to their scores.

The retest for male passengers will be held at the original venue after the retest for female passengers is completed and will end in 1-2 days.

Contestants who pass the physical examination are regarded as "quasi-flight attendants" and can enter the training department for pre-job training.
