According to the Interim Measures for Public Recruitment of Staff in Institutions in Qinghai Province, provincial institutions in our province will openly recruit 1047 staff (including 2 14 positions for directional retired soldiers). The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Scope and Procedures of Recruitment

The scope of this open recruitment is divided into the whole country and the whole province. Among them, the scope of collection for the whole province includes household registration, students, college graduates, graduates of various grassroots projects in the province, and veterans who should be resettled by the province (including veterans who served in our province). Open recruitment shall be conducted in sequence according to the procedures of publishing recruitment information, registration and online qualification examination, written examination, on-site qualification examination, interview, physical examination, assessment, publicity and handling employment procedures.

II. Registration Method, Time and Place

Recruitment registration takes the form of online registration, online qualification examination, online payment and online downloading and printing of admission tickets. Registration time is from 9: 00 on April 30th to 24: 00 on May 5th, 20 14. Applicants should log on to Qinghai Personnel Examination Information Network (www.qhpta.com), read the online registration instructions and the letter of commitment in good faith in detail, truthfully submit relevant information and complete the registration work. Candidates who meet the conditions for extra points must bring the original and photocopy of the relevant certificates that meet the conditions for extra points to the Provincial Personnel Testing Center (No.3 Xishan No.1 Lane, Kunlun Road, Xining City) for on-site examination of the conditions for extra points from May 9 to May 12. Third, the examination time and content

Open recruitment positions are divided into "assessment recruitment" positions and "examination recruitment" positions. Among the recruitment conditions, posts with doctoral degree and posts marked as "special posts" and "shortage of majors" belong to "employment assessment" posts, while other posts belong to "employment examination" posts.

1. Candidates who apply for the "evaluation and employment" position do not participate in the written test and interview organized by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. After passing the online registration qualification examination, please take the initiative to contact the employer (or competent department) according to the contact information published on the registration website to participate in the recruitment assessment organized by the employer (or competent department) (mainly to test the comprehensive business ability).

Candidates who apply for the position of "Examination Recruitment" take the written test organized by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. The written examination time is 201May 18. The specific examination time and place are subject to the admission ticket. The written test includes basic knowledge of public affairs (accounting for 20% of the written test results), professional ability test (accounting for 20% of the written test results) and professional subjects (accounting for 60% of the written test results). The written test and interview scores account for 70% and 30% of the total score respectively. According to the written test results, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of recruitment position 1: 3. During the interview, the professional positions of teachers, medical care and some units are organized by the employer and the competent department, and the interviews of other positions are organized by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. 3. After the registration, if the ratio of the number of recruitment positions to the number of people who have passed the registration review is less than 1:3, the employing unit (or the competent department) will decide whether to reduce (or cancel) the recruitment plan of the position according to the post demand; If you keep the recruitment plan, you can decide whether to hire according to the written test, interview (or assessment).

4. For positions marked as "no professional subjects" in the qualification conditions, the written test scores are calculated according to the proportion of 50% of the written test scores of public basic knowledge and professional ability test.

The cumulative bonus points shall not exceed 5 points.

4. The total score is processed in parallel. If the total score of the examination is tied, it shall be determined according to the priority conditions in the recruitment conditions; If it is impossible to determine the priority conditions, it shall be determined according to the written test scores, and if the written test scores are the same, it shall be determined according to the professional scores.
