Wuhu, as one of the four largest rice markets in history, has to mention its food culture. Due to its unique geographical location, savvy Wuhu people have integrated the food culture of Anhui and Jiangsu, and formed their own unique style. Wuhu is my hometown. Wuhu, surrounded by Qingyi River and Qing 'an River, two tributaries of the Yangtze River, is blessed with rivers and aquatic products.
