What does Huawei od post mean?

Huawei OD position is an outsourcing recruitment position.

The English full name of Huawei OD is OutsourcingDispacth mode, which literally means non-core business labor dispatch. Specifically, OD post is between outsourcing and editing.

Most of Huawei's social recruitment is OD recruitment, and below 17 is OD mode. OD mode is also a new form of employment proposed by Huawei, which is classified as 13- 17. Huawei's reserve talents select excellent employees from OD projects every year and turn them into regular employees.
