What's the difference between special job fairs and comprehensive job fairs?

The following is a brief statement that I understand:

Special job fairs are mainly for talents in specific industries. The companies participating in the recruitment are also in the same industry or similar industries, and the job seekers who come here are mostly looking for jobs in this industry and occupation type.

The comprehensive job fair is a talent fair for all industries. The general comprehensive job fair is relatively large in scale, and the prospective job seekers are also engaged in various industries and occupations. Comprehensive job fairs are favored by enterprises and job seekers.
