6. Have relevant professional qualification certificates, or win awards and publish professional articles in the industry under the same conditions, and employees or business backbones of state-owned enterprises, provinces, cities and institutions are preferred;

8. Other conditions that meet the requirements of the post to be introduced.
9. Anyone who has one of the following circumstances may not apply for the exam:
(1) Persons who have been employed in government agencies and institutions in Taikang County before the announcement date;
(2) Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime;

Four. Treatment and management

2. The probation system shall be implemented for the imported personnel according to the regulations, and the probation period shall be included in the employment contract period, and the probation period shall be 12 months. Those who pass the examination after the probation period will be hired, and those who fail will be dismissed.
3. The minimum service life of imported personnel in this county is 5 years (including probation period), and they shall not be transferred out of this county within 5 years, otherwise they will be regarded as unilateral dismissal and will not go through the formalities of personnel file transfer. The employed personnel shall sign a service period commitment agreement with the employer on the above contents before arriving at the post.
