During the year, the number of factory management offices was reduced from 15 to 10, which improved the overall coordination and operation capabilities and strengthened the five major production and operation guarantee systems including safety production, quality control, efficiency management, life services, and ideological and political work. The marketing system was based on the marketing idea of ??"separating military and civilian products". A civilian product sales company was reorganized to simulate a secondary legal person. More than 80 salespeople were recruited inside and outside the factory, and 14 sales points were set up in major cities in the province, so that the marketing system further improvements.
