Time flies, and the three-year special post service is about to expire in a blink of an eye. During my stay at school, I would like to thank every leader and Mr. Wang for their trust, concern, support and sponsorship, so that I can develop slowly in this excellent school. In the past three years, I have not been moved and reckless when I first entered the society, nor have I been immature when I first left the school. After three years of inspection, I have corrected many shortcomings. In order to do a better job in the future, sum up experience and draw lessons, I have done the following three years from the following aspects:

1. Ideological and moral aspects:

In the past three years, I have loved the party, loved the people, adhered to the party's teaching principles and been loyal to the party's teaching cause. After taking up their jobs, they have carefully studied the Teachers' Law, the Law on the Protection of Minors, the Law on Compulsory Teaching, etc. Those who are upright in thought and style, yield to leadership, actively participate in various meetings, and do things seriously and responsibly. I love teaching, put all my energy and talents into the process of teaching and educating in the school, and can consciously abide by professional ethics, thus establishing a superior teacher image among students. You may or may not take the initiative to study business with your colleagues, learn from each other, * * * have a tacit understanding, and the degree of education is coordinated with progress. You may or may not take care of the overall situation and cooperate with each other to successfully complete various tasks. At the same time, be concerned about students, love students, be a model and have dedication.

second, in the cultivation of teachers' morality, it is true from ancient times to modern times that "learning to be a teacher and being a model". From the first day I set foot on the platform, I have always been strict with myself, trying to be a person with noble ethics. I always insist on giving students a good teacher, not swearing, being polite and helping each other. They learn how to behave in school, and then learn how to serve and learn. Because I feel that being a good person is the premise of learning, I should be a good person before talking about learning. It's never too old to learn. Only continuous learning, continuous improvement of ability itself. Third, professional knowledge and work ability:

In the past three years, I have been mainly responsible for teaching Chinese and other subjects except mathematics. For a small village, Mr. Wen is the so-called "all-rounder". From the fourth grade to the fifth grade, and now to the first grade, in the long-span discipline teaching and indoctrination, I have learned a lot of totally different teaching and indoctrination methods and measures, and also accumulated inevitable teaching and indoctrination experience, which is of great support to my future teaching and indoctrination work.

When I first set foot on my job, because of the lack of experience in teaching, and the class I was taking at that time was a notoriously poor class in the school, the accomplishments of the classes I taught were not very satisfactory. Under the sponsorship of many colleagues, I tried my best to improve my teaching level, actively listened to excellent teachers' classes, found out my own gaps and deficiencies, and continued to learn and correct them. Later, the attainments of the class I took also improved significantly. In the final exam of the 2XX autumn semester, the Chinese attainments advanced to the fourth place in the town.

In the teaching and indoctrination, I deeply understand the lecture notes. While grasping the lecture notes, I adopt a variety of teaching transfer methods and combine the use of multimedia to embody the requirements of the new curriculum reform in the teaching and indoctrination. Improve students' ability to explain and deal with problems, cultivate students' interest in learning, actively carry out various sports, broaden their horizons, sponsor students to expand their thinking, and use basic knowledge flexibly, so that students' ability to explain and deal with problems can be improved continuously.

Due to the lack of computer administrators in our school, while doing a good job of teaching and educating, we can actively * * * work with school leaders to manage data information and school building information, as well as student file information management, take the initiative to participate in various computer skills training organized by the central school, and often use the time after work to sort out and enter all kinds of data information, so as to ensure that the tasks assigned by superiors can be completed on time.

Fourth, the work of the class teacher:

In the past three years, I have been working as a class teacher, and while insisting on teaching good books, I have never given up educating good people. As I am a special post teacher of non-normal majors, I have been doing a good job in business study for three years, making full preparations for being qualified as a teacher. Participated in the oral examination of teacher qualification certification in December of XX, and successfully obtained the teacher qualification certificate. In December of XX, I attended the first special post teacher training course in Wuzhou and successfully completed the learning task. During my work, I insisted on participating in the seminar on teaching and educating inside and outside the school, and actively studied various teaching theories to enrich myself, so as to better teach and educate with solid theories as guidance in my work. After work, I also wrote many papers and won awards. In the competition of teaching enlightenment skills by teachers organized by the town central school in XX, it also won the first prize of Chinese in the primary school group.

looking back on the process of nearly three years, there have been joys and sorrows. Paid a lot, but also a lot of hard work. The class I took at the beginning will soon graduate from school. I hope they can get good attainments in the graduation exam. Teaching has a long way to go, learning is endless, and the road ahead is still long. I will continue to do my best to improve my professional level and work ability in practical work and strive to do better in my future work.
