Matters needing attention of table saw

1. Clean the periphery and table surface of the table saw.

2. Check whether the saw blade is sharp and whether the large and small saw blades are in a line.

3. Debugging: The time is about 1 min, to see whether the machine is running normally, and to check the rotating direction of the large and small saw blades to ensure that the rotating direction of the saw blades is correct.

4. Place the prepared plate on the pusher and adjust the gear size.

5. Start cutting.

Note: 1. The plate should be close to the plate and immovable;

B, adjust the cutting speed according to the thickness and hardness of the plate, and push the machine tool at a uniform speed, not too fast or too hard.

C, small materials, application of batten compaction.

D, operators should wear masks, gloves, loose clothes and long hair.

E, don't use the rotating saw blade to take things directly. If necessary, you can use other long attachments to push it away and take it again.

6. If the edges and corners of the plate are defective, consider replacing the saw blade.

7. After the cutting task is completed, turn off the power supply and do a good job of sawing the table and its surroundings for 5S.
