High wave welding machine is a single wave welding machine, which is suitable for the long pin welding process of THT components. It is characterized by the high power of the solder centrifugal pump, the high height of the tin wave sprayed by the nozzle, and its height can be adjusted to ensure that the pins of the components pass through the tin wave smoothly.

Slope wave soldering machine is also a single wave soldering machine, which is different from the general wave soldering machine in that the transmission guide rail is installed on the slope at a certain angle. The invention has the beneficial effects that if the circuit board passes through the wave crest at the same speed as the ordinary wave soldering machine, the soaking time of the solder joint is increased, and the contact length between the soldering surface of the circuit board and the solder wave crest is increased, thus improving the running speed and welding efficiency of the conveying guide rail, which is not only beneficial to the volatilization of the soldering flux in the solder joint, avoiding the formation of bubble solder joints, but also enabling redundant solder to flow down and ensuring the quality of the solder joint.

In order to adapt to the development of SMT technology, the double wave soldering machine is improved on the basis of single wave soldering machine, that is, it has two peaks. There are three welding waveforms of double wave soldering machine: hollow wave, chaotic wave and wide flat wave. Generally, the forms of two solder peaks are different, and the most common peak combinations are: chaotic wave+broad flat wave and hollow wave+broad flat wave.
