What should I do if the charging tank of hot chamber die casting machine is blocked

1. First stop the operation of the die casting machine, disconnect the power supply and wait for the alloy liquid to cool.

2. Secondly, dismantle the injection chamber (cylinder) and hammer, and clean up impurities such as alloy slag. Check the furnace probe and replace or repair the probe sheath.

3. Finally, reinstall the injection chamber (cylinder) and the hammer, adjust the injection parameters, restart the die casting machine, carry out trial die casting and check whether it is normal.
