(2) Basic requirements for application
1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China and abide by the Constitution and laws.

3. Recruitment procedures
(1) Organization registration
The registration period starts from September 5, 2014 and ends at 17:00 on September 12, 2014 Finish. (No rest on Saturdays and Sundays) Applicants should go to the 216 conference room of the Zhanqian District Government of Yingkou City to register and fill out the "Registration Form for Public Institution Recruiters". Applicants must bring their original ID cards, household registers, graduation certificates, degree certificates and qualification certificates required for relevant positions (with copies), and three recent one-inch full-face color photos with no hat on the same background. The registration fee is 100 yuan per person. (2) For recruitment of other positions in public institutions, the content of the written examination is "Administrative Professional Ability Test" and "Application Essay". (One paper, full score is 100 points) Based on the written test results, the candidates for the interview will be determined from high to low among the candidates who have passed the written test for the same position in a ratio of 1:2 to the number of people to be recruited for the position. Those with tied scores in the written test will be admitted to the interview together.
2. Interview
(1) Recruitment of preschool teacher positions, interviews will be based on trial teaching.
(2) For recruitment of other positions in public institutions, interviews will be conducted through structured interviews. It mainly examines candidates' ability to conduct comprehensive analysis, response coordination, and solve practical problems.
(3) The qualifying score for the interview is 60 points. Those who do not reach the qualifying score will not be hired.
(3) Total score calculation method
Written test scores and interview scores each account for 50% of the total score. The candidate's total score = written test score × 50% + interview score × 50%. The total score is rounded to two decimal places. Based on the total scores, candidates for physical examination and assessment will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 according to the recruitment plan. Those whose overall scores are tied will be sorted from high to low according to interview scores to determine the candidates for physical examination and assessment.
(4) Organize assessments and physical examinations
Organize assessments and physical examinations. Conduct assessments and physical examinations for candidates to be hired. The assessment work is organized and implemented by the human resources department in conjunction with the employer. The main contents of the assessment are: political and ideological performance, moral character, business capabilities, work performance, etc. The physical examination shall be organized and implemented by the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in accordance with the "General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" formulated by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health and relevant national regulations.

(5) Determine the candidates
Determine the candidates based on the total scores of the written test, interview and physical examination results, and conduct a 7-day public announcement. If there is no objection after public announcement, the recruitment procedures will be processed. The probation period is 6 months (if the state stipulates otherwise, the regulations shall apply). Those who are qualified after the probation period will be formally employed, and those who are unqualified will be cancelled.
