What does an injection molding worker do?

Injection molding workers are technicians of equipment manufacturing companies, responsible for product processing and production. Practitioners need to have professional skills and hard-working spirit, and can adapt to two shifts. Its work contents include:

1. Complete the work according to the operation flow specified by the company and fill in the daily report truthfully.

2. Comply with product quality inspection standards. When producing each batch of products, two molds should be delivered first, and mass production can only be carried out after the first piece is confirmed to be qualified.

3. Report quality problems or abnormal equipment to the supervisor in time, and do not modify process parameters without permission.

4. Do a good job in cleaning the waste tank and working equipment, and keep the remaining materials in the designated location, so as not to waste them.

5. When doing handover work, it is necessary to account for important factors such as equipment operation, production progress or matters needing attention. If there is a problem in the handover, report it to the superior in time to avoid delaying the work.

6. Obey the arrangement of superiors and complete other related work assigned by leaders.

Requirements for injection molding workers

1, above high school.

At least 2.2 years working experience in injection molding, experience in large-scale factory injection molding is preferred.

3, understand the structure and performance of injection mold and injection molding machine, can debug the machine, skillfully test new products and improve process performance.

4. Proficient in the improvement of injection molding process, understanding the properties of plastic materials, rich experience in quality control and inspection, and skilled operation of autocad, pro/e and other drawing software are preferred.

5. Strong sense of responsibility and hard work.
