4. Selection procedures and methods

1. Registration and qualification review. Registration time: December 18th-24th. Applicants are only allowed to apply for one position, and multiple applications will be invalid. 2. Ratio of applicants for selected positions. In principle, the application ratio should not be less than 5:1. 3. Interview. The interview will be conducted in the form of a structured interview, with a total score of 100 points. After the interview, the candidates for the written test will be determined in a ratio of 1:3 from high to low scores. Candidates with the same score at the bottom of the interview will also take the written test.

4. Written test. The written examination consists of one subject and the total score is 100 points. The content of the written examination mainly tests the candidate's policy theory level, written expression, logical thinking, analysis and practical problem-solving ability and other comprehensive qualities.

After the written test, the interview and written test scores each account for 50% to calculate the candidate's total test score. According to the principle of the total score of the candidates from high scores to low scores, the candidates to participate in the physical examination will be determined in a ratio of 1:1. Candidates with the same score at the bottom of the total score will be determined according to their interview scores from high to low.

5. Physical examination. Physical examination items and standards shall be implemented with reference to the "Revision of the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)".

Those who fail the physical examination will be disqualified and will not be reimbursed.

6. Inspection. A comprehensive inspection will be conducted on the shortlisted candidates’ morality, ability, diligence, performance and integrity in their original workplace.

7. Public announcement. The Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will publicize the relevant information of the candidates to be selected to the public in accordance with the prescribed procedures. The publicity period will be 7 days. The content of the announcement includes the name of the person to be hired, final overall score, gender, workplace, reporting phone number, etc. During the public announcement period, those with serious problems and substantiated evidence will not be admitted. If there are serious problems reported, but it is difficult to verify them at the moment, the deployment will be postponed until the investigation and conclusion are made before deciding whether to deploy them.

After the public notice period expires, apply to the Municipal Party Committee Organization Department and Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for exchange and deployment procedures according to the cadre management authority.
