In order to meet the needs of urban grass-roots governance in the new era, strengthen the construction of community workers, and improve the professionalism and specialization level of community workers, according to the spirit of the document "Measures for the Administration of Community Workers in Wuhan" (Wu Ban Fa [2020] No.2), combined with the actual situation in our district, we openly recruit 149 community officers for the society.

I. Recruitment positions and number of people

The district plans to recruit 149 community officers.

Second, the recruitment conditions

(1) basic conditions

1, has the nationality of China people, enjoys civil and political rights, has good political quality, firmly implements the party's line, principles and policies, consciously abides by national laws and regulations, and is enterprising;

2. Love community undertakings, have certain organizational and coordination skills and relevant professional knowledge in social work, community building and grassroots governance, and be good at carrying out mass work;

3. Have a household registration in Qiaokou District, Wuhan, in which: candidates who have worked in public welfare posts in our district for more than 1 year (that is, candidates who entered public welfare posts in our district on or before March 1 day, 2022 and must be employees of public welfare posts in Qiaokou District of Hubei Employment Service Information System in September, 2022) can be relaxed in principle;

4. Do not have the household registration in Qiaokou District of Wuhan, but have the household registration in Wuhan and live in Qiaokou District, and can provide the real estate license or purchase contract of the household registration of oneself, spouse, children and parents;

5. Good conduct, fair handling, strong sense of service, good health, and generally under 40 years old (1 born on or after March/982). Applicants who have been engaged in public welfare posts in our district for more than 1 year or registered in the national volunteer service information system for more than 1 year (registered on or before March 1 day, 2022) and whose service area is Qiaokou District (public welfare posts are subject to the records of Hubei Employment Service Information System and street community volunteers are subject to the screenshots of the national volunteer service information system) can be relaxed to 45 years old.

6. Have a college degree or above (provide Xuexin.com certificate from the Ministry of Education);

7. Have other qualifications required by specific positions.

(2) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination.

1, subject to disciplinary or criminal punishment, being punished (punished) or undergoing disciplinary review, judicial investigation or audit;

2. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes or have been expelled from public office;

Three. Recruitment procedures and methods

(1) Publish a recruitment announcement

On February 27th, "Open Recruitment of Community Officers for the Society in Qiaokou District in 2023" was published on Qiaokou District Information Network (), where candidates can make information inquiries.

(2) Registration

Candidates must bring their household registration book (or household registration certificate), ID card and academic certificate (electronic registration record form of academic certificate of the Ministry of Education or online verification report of student status; Overseas students are required to provide the certificate of foreign academic degree issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education), and non-Qiaokou household registration candidates are required to provide the original and copies of relevant valid certificates such as real estate license or house purchase contract 1 copy, two recent bareheaded two-inch color photos and relevant certificates for extra points, and go to the District Human Resources Bureau for on-site registration and qualification examination.

Only when the number of applicants reaches 2: 1 of the post ratio can the examination be started. If the ratio is less than 2: 1, posts will be reduced or cancelled according to the number of applicants.

The information submitted by the candidates must be true and complete, and the qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Anyone who practices fraud, once found, will be disqualified from applying and hiring at any time.

(3) written examination

Candidates' remarks are subject to the admission ticket.

The written test does not specify the test book, but mainly examines the basic quality and comprehensive ability of the candidates.

The written test time and test place will be announced on March 16 on Qiaokou Information Network ().

The written test results will be published on Qiaokou Information Network () on the afternoon of the fifth day after the written test.

2. The written test scores are extra points.

First, the written test scores of candidates who have worked in public welfare posts in our district for more than 1 year plus 5 points; Two, the candidates who have obtained the professional qualification certificate of social workers add 5 points to the written test scores; 3. Candidates who have been registered in the National Volunteer Service Information System for more than 1 year (registered on or before March 1 day, 2022) and whose service area is Qiaokou District, and have accumulated written test scores of more than 40 hours of volunteer service, will be given 1 point, with a maximum score of 3 points.

The three items are not accumulated, and the maximum score is not more than 5 points. After the bonus points, the written test score is not more than 100 points.
