The 38th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 1st Chongqing Municipal People's Congress considered the Proposal of the Chongqing Municipal People's Government on Submitting for Consideration 54 Administrative Examinations and Approvals to Stop Execution as stipulated in the Implementation Plan of Chongqing Administrative Examination and Approval System Reform and the Chongqing Municipal People's Government. The Legislative Affairs Committee of the Congress decided to cancel or adjust 7 administrative examination and approval items set by 33 local laws and regulations, such as Chongqing Technology Market Regulations, and the corresponding legal responsibilities were cancelled or adjusted.

this decision shall come into force as of February 1, 22.
