Wufenghang 195 1 was established in Hong Kong, which means "five crops are abundant" and mainly engaged in the trade of agricultural products and other commodities. 1983 was registered as Wufenghang Co., Ltd. and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Resources Group.

Wufenghang won the management right of Sheung Shui Slaughterhouse for the first ten years through 1997 bidding. Sheung Shui Slaughterhouse is one of the most modern slaughterhouses in Southeast Asia, which was built with an investment of HK$ 6,543,808 million by the Hong Kong SAR Government. It took two and a half years to complete the trial operation in August 1999, and it was fully put into operation at the end of March 2000. At the beginning of 2009, Wufenghang was granted a new ten-year operation right again. Before the completion of Sheung Shui Slaughterhouse, there were four slaughterhouses in Hong Kong: Tsuen Wan Slaughterhouse, Kennedy Town Slaughterhouse, Cheung Sha Wan Slaughterhouse and Yuen Long Slaughterhouse. After the Sheung Shui Slaughterhouse was put into use, except the Tsuen Wan Slaughterhouse, the three old slaughterhouses in Cheung Sha Wan, Kennedy Town and Yuen Long have all been closed, further strengthening centralized slaughtering and improving the hygiene and safety of public consumption. At the same time, it has significantly improved the environmental impact on related areas.

In recent years, according to the strategic requirements of China Resources Group's "diversification of the group and specialization of the profit center", Wufenghang's business operation is also based on Hong Kong, facing the mainland and paying attention to the international market, actively expanding its business in the mainland market and accelerating its business development.

Wufeng Food (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established in August 2004. Mainly engaged in slaughtering and fresh meat distribution, "Hi Hi Hi" meat products processing, warehousing and logistics, with hotels and many commercial properties in Shenzhen. The company is one of the four new central slaughterhouses planned by Shenzhen Municipal Government, and is currently designing and building a new meat processing center.

The first modern meat processing center in Shanghai was officially put into operation in 2005. Through more than 1000 sales terminals in specialty stores, supermarkets and social group buying channels, we provide high-quality, safe and hygienic meat for the general public in Shanghai and its surrounding areas. "Wufeng Shangshi" has become a well-known local brand, and has been awarded the "Gold Award of Consumer's Assured Brand of the Year" by Shanghai, and has been designated as a brand for the 2008 Olympic Games.

Hangzhou Wufeng United Meat Co., Ltd. was established in September 2007, mainly engaged in pig slaughtering, meat distribution, meat processing, cold storage and other businesses. The company specializes in slaughtering and fresh meat supply in Hangzhou, and owns the best fresh meat brand in Hangzhou-"Liankangkang", and the largest cold storage and frozen product trading market in Zhejiang Province with a total capacity of 80,000 tons. Hangzhou is the largest fresh meat trading market operator.

In June 5438+February, 2007, the company invested strategically to acquire 24.825% equity of Sichuan Hayes Group and entered the Sichuan meat market. Hayes Company ranks in the top five in China meat industry, mainly engaged in pig slaughtering and meat processing, supporting pig breeding, development and sales of biological products.

From June 5438 to February 2008, Wufenghang established a joint venture company-China Resources Wufeng Meat Food (Shandong) Co., Ltd. in Zhaoxian Town, Juxian County, Rizhao City, Shandong Province, mainly engaged in pig purchase, slaughtering, processing and wholesale, fresh meat retail and other businesses. At present, Wufenghang is the largest specialized cold meat supplier in southern Shandong.

Wufenghang established Henan Wufeng Cereals, Oils and Foodstuffs Co., Ltd. in September 2008, mainly engaged in live animal breeding, feed processing, live animal trade and other businesses. It is the largest intensive pig-raising industrialization enterprise in Henan Province.

In May 2009, Wufeng Zhejiang Cold Food Hangzhou Xiasha Factory was completed and put into operation, with an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons and a cold storage capacity of10.5 million tons. It has many brand-new development advantages, such as large scale, low cost, strict standards, high quality, excellent system, energy saving and emission reduction, etc., which makes the production capacity of Wufeng Zhejiang cold food "cold drink+quick freezing" dual-industry model reach 15.

In September, 2009, at the 5th World Pork Congress, three major meat brands, namely "Five Abundances for Food", "Five Abundances for Health" and "Five Abundances for Happiness", were awarded the honorary title of "Influential Brand of China Meat Industry" by China Meat Association.

From June 5438 to February 2009, it acquired Hanyuan Lihong Food Co., Ltd., a provincial leading agricultural industrialization enterprise located in Hanyuan County, Ya 'an City, Sichuan Province, the hometown of China peppers. "Li Hong" brand is the first brand in China Chili oil industry, and it has invested in the specialty brand Chili oil business in Sichuan, further promoting the development of Wufenghang's food business in China and enhancing Wufenghang's business strength in distributing specialty brand food in China market.
