Does the prosecutor need height?

China's Constitution stipulates that "every citizen enjoys the rights stipulated by the Constitution and laws", which includes political, economic, cultural, social and family aspects, including equal employment rights. The Judges Law and the Prosecutors Law require judges and prosecutors to be healthy (Article 9 of the Judges Law and Article 10 of the Prosecutors Law), rather than reaching a certain height.

For example, the conditions for the people's procuratorate of Yueyanglou District, Yueyang City, Hunan Province to recruit prosecutors are

1, with the status of serving national civil servant;

2. Over the years, the grades of civil servants' assessment are competent or above;

3. Bachelor degree or above;

Under the age of 4.32 (born after September 30th,1982);

5. Proficient in computer operation;

6. Good health.
