According to the Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of Public Institutions and the Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Gansu Province and the needs of work, with the consent of the county party committee and the government, it was decided to openly recruit 40 staff members of public institutions for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the recruitment unit

Township grass-roots institutions except Shahe (including township affiliated institutions and grass-roots education, health and water conservancy institutions).

Second, the conditions of candidates

1. Abide by the Constitution and laws and have good conduct;

2. Unemployed graduates with Linze household registration and college degree recognized by the state (excluding those engaged in "three supports and one support");

3.35 years old (born after 1 September, 9771day); 4. Never received administrative punishment or administrative punishment or criminal punishment;

5. Good health.

Third, the recruitment process

1. Registration and qualification examination: The registration time is from September 24th to 28th, from 8: 30am to12: 00pm every day. The registration place is in Room 404, Office Building of County People's Social Security Bureau. Applicants must hold their ID card, household registration book, original and photocopy of graduation certificate, letter of introduction or certificate of termination of labor relations issued by the file storage unit, and ordinary college graduates must also hold the original and photocopy of employment notice or employment registration certificate. Those who pass the qualification examination should submit 3 recent 2-inch color photos with the same background, and the registration examination fee is 100 yuan to enter the examination procedure.

According to the relevant regulations, if one of the following conditions is met, 5 points will be added to the test score; if many conditions are met, only 1 point will be added, and no accumulated points will be added.

(1) Volunteers selected to participate in the volunteer service program for college students in western China, who have served for 2 years and passed the examination (proof of service time and service certificate are required, and passed the examination by the county youth league committee where they serve);

(2) Graduates who have been selected by the city or county to engage in employment internship and employment assistance work at the internship base, and whose actual service and internship time have reached 2 years (before September 30) and passed the examination (those who need to provide services shall be certified by the trainee unit and audited and sealed by the selected unit);

(3) Graduates from rural one-child families and rural two-daughter families in our county (household registration book and township family planning office certificate are required, which shall be reviewed and sealed by township government and county population committee step by step);

(4) Children of 1-4 disabled retired soldiers supported by the state in our county (disability-related documents shall be provided and verified and stamped by the Civil Affairs Bureau).

The above-mentioned personnel apply by individuals at the time of registration, and submit certificates or valid certificates issued by relevant departments. Those who meet the conditions of extra points after examination by the Communist Youth League Committee, the People's Social Security Bureau, the Population Commission and the Civil Affairs Bureau shall be publicized to the public. Individuals who fail to apply or submit incomplete and unrecognizable materials will not receive extra points.

Once verified, fraudulent applicants will be disqualified.

2. Examination: The examination takes the form of written examination, and the content of the examination is the administrative professional aptitude test, with a time of 120 minutes and a full score of 150. Examination time is 65438+1the morning of October 20th. 65438+1October 15-17 to get the admission ticket at the original registration place. See the admission ticket for the test location. After the examination, according to the examination results, the qualified personnel will be determined according to the recruitment quota from high score to low score. When the recruitment quota is tied for the final exam results, the graduates of ordinary colleges and universities are given priority first; Secondly, graduates from rural farmers and herdsmen, zero-employment families and urban low-income families are preferred; Retired soldiers and disabled graduates are preferred. If there are still tied people after the above priority order is determined, the candidate will be determined by an additional test. The content of the additional test is still the administrative professional aptitude test, and the time and place of the additional test will be notified separately.

3. Physical examination: Those who pass the examination will be examined according to the civil service physical examination standard. Those who fail the physical examination will be disqualified and will be replenished according to the test scores of the applicants from high to low.

4. Inspection: Those who pass the physical examination will be inspected by the conscription office. The contents of the investigation are ideological and moral character, political performance, law-abiding and family planning, and the qualifications of candidates are reviewed. On the basis of comprehensive investigation, the conclusion is drawn. Those who fail the exam will be disqualified and will be replenished according to the test scores of the applicants from high to low.

5. Publicity of employment: those who pass the medical examination will be publicized to the public. If there is no objection after publicity, the employing unit shall be determined according to the principle of professional counterparts (similar) and work needs after being submitted to the leading group of open recruitment of staff in county institutions for examination and approval, and the employing unit shall sign an employment contract in accordance with the relevant provisions on post setting management.

Four. Organize implementation and supervision
