According to the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Eco-environmental Industry Association Network, the project construction site is located in Yidong Industrial Park, Yining County, Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang. Construction scale and main construction contents: The project will build a new polysilicon production plant with an annual output of 654.38+10,000 tons (including two high-purity crystalline silicon production lines with an annual output of 50,000 tons), supporting chlor-alkali plants, public works and auxiliary projects. Production facilities include hydrogen production, hydrochloric acid analysis, trichlorosilane synthesis, cold hydrogenation (slag slurry treatment/high boiling cracking), rectification (including adsorption and disproportionation), reduction (aqueous system), finishing, tail gas recovery, process waste gas treatment and tank farm. Chlor-alkali plant includes hydrochloric acid and HCl synthesis, ion-exchange membrane electrolysis, chlorine and hydrogen treatment, primary brine refining, waste salt storage yard and acid salt tank farm.
