Natural gas activation process

1. Natural gas pipelines and gas meters have been installed in your home and need to be activated and used.

2. Bring your ID card and real estate certificate (real estate certificate or house purchase agreement or household register) to the central business hall to sign a gas supply and use agreement, and a gas accident insurance premium of 10 yuan/year/household will be charged.

3. To activate the stove, please contact us within 24 hours from the date of acceptance. If you need to connect the gas pipe of the water heater, please contact us within 7 calendar days from the date of acceptance to come to the door to connect the pipe.

4. After the maintenance staff activates the service, they will issue a gas card (card meter) with 50 cubic meters of gas pre-stored in the card. Users need to bring 3 AA batteries and a copy of the homeowner’s ID card. The gas fee is 122.5 yuan (50 cubic meters of gas). The material fee for activation is charged based on actual consumables. In addition, a door-to-door service fee is charged according to the standards approved by the Municipal Price Bureau.
