Operation guide

1. Before work, it is necessary to comprehensively check whether the operating mechanism of each part is normal, wipe the rocker arm guide rail with fine cotton yarn and inject oil according to the brand of lubricating oil.

2. The rocker arm and headstock can only be operated after they are locked.

3. There should be no obstacles within the swing range of the rocker arm.

4. Before drilling, the workbench, workpiece, fixture and cutter of drilling machine must be aligned and fastened.

5. Correct selection of spindle speed and feed speed shall not be overloaded.

6. When drilling outside the workbench, the workpiece must be stable.

7. When the machine tool is running with automatic feed, it is not allowed to change the fastening speed. If you change the speed, you can only do it when the spindle stops completely.
