How to choose a position in teacher recruitment?

Teachers in junior high schools, primary schools and kindergartens are ranked according to the total scores of the subjects to be hired, and their own employment schools are selected from the lowest scores. When the total score is the same, the school with the highest written test score is selected. During the interview, the candidates are grouped by "snake grouping method", and the order of school selection is determined as follows: the first group of the same position selects schools according to the order of written test scores from high to low, the second group selects schools according to the order of written test scores from high to low, and so on.

If the written test scores of people with the same name and surname are tied, the order of school selection shall be determined in the following order: children or spouses of martyrs, retired soldiers of college students, service personnel of four basic projects, and highly educated candidates. If it is still the same, it will be decided by this open recruitment leading group, and the order of school selection will be finally determined.
