Which is bigger, the supervisor or the team leader?

The supervisor is big. Supervisors usually have a broader vision and a more comprehensive management ability, and need to be responsible for the work plan, goal setting, personnel recruitment, training, performance appraisal and other aspects of the whole team. Team leader usually refers to the person in charge of a group or department, who is responsible for managing and guiding the work of team members, so the supervisor is older than the team leader.
