Article 2 These Measures shall apply to the administration of public water supply and water supply facilities within the administrative area of this Municipality.

The measures referred to in public water supply facilities refer to water source wells, water conveyance channels, water intake structures, pumping stations, special power supply communication lines, water distribution networks, fire hydrants, valves, measuring instruments, etc. Water supply enterprises belong to. District and county water administrative departments shall be responsible for urban public water supply within their respective administrative areas. Chapter II Management of Water Supply and Water Use Article 4 Water supply enterprises must abide by the following provisions:

If water supply is suspended for more than 3 days, the water supply enterprise shall take temporary water supply measures.

Large-scale water cut-off or water cut-off, depressurized water supply may have a significant impact on production and life, and water supply enterprises must report to the competent department of urban public water supply for approval before stopping water supply. Article 7 If it is necessary to connect pipelines or water facilities on the urban public water supply network and temporarily use public water supply (hereinafter referred to as temporary water use), it shall be approved by the water supply enterprise before water can be used. Eighth water supply enterprises and users should sign a water supply contract, clear the rights and obligations of both parties and the liability for breach of contract. When there is a dispute between water supply enterprises and users on water metering and charging, they may apply to the competent department of urban public water supply for handling. Chapter III Management of Water Supply Facilities Article 9 The construction of public water supply facilities and user water supply facilities must adapt to the urban public water supply capacity and meet the unified technical requirements of urban public water supply.

The planning, construction and construction of water supply facilities must comply with the relevant provisions of the state and this Municipality. Fifteenth public fire hydrants are maintained and managed by water supply enterprises, and the fire control institutions of public security organs are responsible for supervision and inspection. Except in case of fire, no unit or individual may use it.

Except in case of fire, fire hydrants installed by users shall be used with the prior consent of water supply enterprises. Sixteenth kinds of construction projects, the construction unit or the construction unit shall go to the water supply enterprise to find out the underground public water supply pipeline. If the construction affects the safety of public water supply facilities, the construction unit or the construction unit shall agree with the water supply enterprise on corresponding protection measures, and the construction unit shall ensure the implementation according to the measures.
