Three. Recruitment procedures and methods

(a) the recruitment of health graduates with a master's degree or above, according to the job requirements of the employer, take two-way selection, merit-based admission.

(2) The specific procedures and methods for recruiting health graduates are as follows:

1. Registration: Anyone who meets the requirements of the recruitment target shall go through the registration formalities at the Personnel Section of the Health Bureau before 20 10.

2. Post announcement: The post requirements of medical and health unit graduates will be announced at the beginning of August, which can be found on Haimen Personnel Network ().

3. Registration: Those who meet the registration requirements shall register with the Personnel Department of the Municipal Health Bureau with valid resident ID card, household registration book, diploma, original and photocopy of degree certificate, two-way employment recommendation form for graduates and two recent bareheaded photos with the same background. In line with the conditions of extra points, provide the original and photocopy of the relevant materials, and those without the original will not be recognized. Pay the examination fee 100 yuan when registering.

4. Written test: The written test is conducted in a closed-book way, and the content is professional knowledge and related basic theories. Give extra points to graduates who meet the following conditions: party member (preparing for party member) plus 2 points; College-level miyoshi students add 2 points each time; The first-class scholarship is awarded 2 points, the second-class scholarship (including special fund award) is awarded 1 point, and the third-class scholarship is awarded 0.5 point; 2 points for the president, vice-chairman and secretary of the Youth League Committee of the college-level student union; Band 6 plus 1, the cumulative score does not exceed 12, and the added score is included in the written test score.

5. Interview: According to the written test results, according to the ratio of the number of people in the post setting 1: 2, the interview candidates are determined from high score to low score; If the number of applicants is insufficient, they will enter the interview according to the actual number of applicants.

6. Comprehensive score evaluation: the comprehensive score of candidates consists of written test scores and interview scores, of which written test scores account for 60% and interview scores account for 40%.

7. Physical examination: According to the comprehensive scores of candidates, the number of people participating in physical examination is determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 according to the number of recruitment plans from high to low. The medical examination fee is charged according to the facts. 8. Employment: The personnel to be employed bring all kinds of original documents (graduation certificate, degree certificate and employment registration certificate) to the Municipal Health Bureau to sign a two-way employment agreement and go through the employment procedures.
