Due to the need of work, Guanshaling Sub-district Office in Yuelu District of Changsha City decided to openly recruit 1-2 full-time secretary writers for the society according to the principles of openness, fairness, competition and merit. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Application conditions

(1) Basic conditions:

Second, the recruitment process

1. Registration method: on-site registration is adopted, and online registration is not accepted. Applicants should fill in the registration form truthfully, and bring their academic credentials, original and photocopy of valid ID card, proof of work experience, two recent 2-inch color photos with bareheaded background, and articles and materials written by individuals. The registration form can be collected and filled in at the registration site, and no registration fee and examination fee are charged.

2. Qualification examination: the qualification examination shall be conducted for the applicants according to the application conditions.

3. Examination: It is divided into written test and interview, and written test of proposition composition. After the written test, the interviewer will be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1:5, and the interview will be conducted in the form of field research and writing a research report. According to the proportion of written test scores accounting for 60% and interview scores accounting for 40%, the comprehensive scores are calculated.

4. Investigation: According to the comprehensive score from high to low, determine the object of investigation according to the ratio of 1: 1, and organize physical examination. If there is any unqualified, it will be replenished in turn according to the comprehensive results.

5. Publicity and employment: According to the investigation, determine 1-2 probationary candidates, and publicize them within a certain scope according to regulations. The probationary personnel are assigned to the DangZhengBan for three months, during which the salary is 1200 yuan/month. Upon the expiration of the probation period and passing the examination, an employment contract shall be signed separately. When candidates give up for some reason, they will be replenished from high score to low score according to the total score of the same position. The successful candidate must go through the relevant formalities and report to the unit within 5 days from the date of the employment notice. Overdue is regarded as automatic waiver, and its employment qualification is automatically cancelled.

Third, management and treatment.

Guanshaling Sub-district Office will sign a formal employment contract with those who pass the trial, and manage them in accordance with the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Measures for the Administration of Temporary Residents in Guanshaling Sub-district.
