Interpretation of taiyuan normal University's policy of 2023 publicly-funded normal students is as follows:

Normal students who apply for our school at public expense must take the national unified college entrance examination that year, and their scores must reach the first batch of undergraduate admission control lines; Abide by the regulations of the Ministry of Education on the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities, have excellent ideology and morality, love education, and are willing to teach for a long time after graduation; Good health, in line with the relevant provisions of the "Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities".

Free tuition, textbook fees, accommodation fees and living expenses (the subsidy standard is dynamically adjusted). Normal students at public expense must sign a public education agreement with the training school and the education administrative department of the city where the students live, and clarify the rights and obligations of the three parties.

After graduation, the normal students at public expense returned to the public primary and secondary schools where they registered, and promised to engage in primary and secondary education for more than 6 years. Normal students who work in urban schools at public expense should teach in rural compulsory education schools for at least 1 year. Encourage public-funded normal students to teach for a long time and for life.

Admission of science and engineering majors in literature and history:

According to the principle of "score first, follow the wishes", according to the scores and professional wishes, the candidates with the same scores are admitted, and the majors are assigned from high to low. The liberal arts students with the same scores are selected in the order of Chinese-Mathematics-Literature-Foreign Language, and the science students are selected in the order of Mathematics-Chinese-Science-Foreign Language. Candidates who can't arrange their reported majors and don't obey the adjustment will be disqualified.

Physical education major admission:

Candidates who enter the file are selected according to their professional achievements from high to low in their home cities, and those with the same professional achievements are admitted in the order of total score of cultural achievements-foreign language-Chinese-mathematics. Admission is based on the student's city and the household registration location in the electronic file of the college entrance examination.

In principle, publicly-funded normal students return to the public primary and secondary schools in the city where their household registration is located. The municipal education administrative department shall, jointly with the human resources and social security department, organize the employing schools and public-funded normal students to conduct special recruitment within the required positions, and effectively implement the teaching schools and positions of each graduated public-funded normal student through two-way selection. After graduation, normal students at public expense will not take part in the teacher recruitment examination organized by the relevant departments at the provincial, municipal and county levels.
