The school still takes the exam as the starting point. School leaders are proud of being able to send more high scores and top students to higher-level schools. Teachers are like high-load machines on the assembly line. After repeated drills, they use similar and seemingly exquisite parts to create so-called "top students". In fact, many teachers have long complained, but education has not been completely reformed. This situation must be maintained. There are also many students who, as shown in the video, are stupefied and expressionless, or nod their heads and memorize them. As teachers, they are very responsive to the country's educational reform, but the decision-making power lies with the leaders, who are also under pressure for the enrollment rate. There are no reasonable realistic changes in the evaluation of students' quality, including the unchanging system of recruiting talents in middle schools and the imperfect system of recruiting talents in society. The inherent concepts and thinking of most people in China about going to school all affect the development of education.
