In order to further promote the construction of teaching staff, adapt to the external competition situation and the development needs of the college, the deputy director of the student affairs department and the deputy director of the personnel department are openly recruited both inside and outside the school.

First, the guiding ideology of open recruitment is:

1. Cultivating talents with a good system: strengthening the construction of cadres is the core measure to develop the cause. Deepen the reform of the cadre system, establish the employment mechanism of "the position can be promoted and demoted, the salary can be high, and the personnel can enter and leave", and fundamentally enhance the vitality and vitality of running schools.

2. 5. Strong organizational management, coordination and communication skills, unite comrades and work together;

6. Bachelor degree or above, with more than two years working experience;

7, the age of not more than 40 years old in principle, college faculty and social figures.

Three. Open recruitment procedures

1. Participants fill in the competition registration form and send it to gtmin@gist.edu.cn;

2. The school will organize candidates to make a public defense on June 7th, 2009.

The committee will investigate the finalists and decide to hire them.
